I don’t think it’s as much Terrance as it is with the company communications systemsz. When I tried to initially cal into progressive /swift bro I was transferred 4 times to different locations. I finally was able to make an appointment.Terrance an another person came out to review my hot water heater system. The advertisement, since I was going through Home Depot was to be free. Terrance told me it was going to be $150-$180 for a fire a Diagnosis but then charged me $200. All at a moments notice.The cost of the part to Fix the problem was $45. The cost to fix the Water Heater was verbally quoted to be between $400 - $450. Terrance was to order the part and schedule a time to return and repair. I did not hear from him for two weeks so I called him. He had not ordered the part. I asked him if the price had been settled. He said he did not see the repair on his work list. I also had asked for a quote to replace the tankless water heater and I asked him again for that quote ( me purchasing and his company purchasing).I received the quote two days later but no follow up with The plumbing co.I tried to get in touch w the company and Terrance twice each and no answer from Terrance and was hung up on Tice when I called the company number.Steve Robinson404-694-0778m

Had a leak under our kitchen sink behind the cabinets. It unfortunately wasn’t a simple fix for us, so our landlord sent A-1 over and they had our leak fixed and cabinets repaired that afternoon. While we didn’t have to pay for it (renting) I’d suggest them to anyone.

Very pleased with work performed by B&G, needed plumbing work done, faucets replaced, some vales replaced, I wasn’t comfortable doing the work myself, with the copper pipes in the house, didn’t try to charge me for work that wasn’t needed, technician was very professional. Recommended and will use again

We cannot thank Griffen Services enough. Our A/C was dead when we walked in the door after a vacation. Kyle was at our house within 30 minutes of contacting them. He was very knowledgeable about units and accommodating for what we were looking for. There was a total of 4 estimates that we acquired and decided to go with Griffen due to price and professionalism.The next morning they were at our house at 8am to install with a crew.Chad was left behind after all the crew left to finish installation. He took his time, was so informative and provided all the details of how to work our unit.Thank guys so much for being the diamonds in the ruff. You are highly recommended!!!

For it's bi-annual assessment, however my QC was sick and needed attention. The adventure cont tomorrow, However the technician was friendly informative and offered solutions and options. The women at the office are friendly and offered options too. I got a quick appointment.Signed up their packaged deal.

I just bought a house in Neptune Beach and the AC seemed like it hadn't been maintained in a while. Jerry was out the next day, did a full evaluation, cleaning, and diagnostic. AC is running great and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Super happy I called them!

W.W. Gay replaced the drain pan at my one bedroom condominium in Jacksonville, FL. I assumed that the company was fair and reputable, but my invoice arrived after the job, in the amount of $2,022.00. Yes, over two thousand dollars to replace a drain pan. When I complained about the cost, after several calls and emails, they dropped the price by $200.00 if I paid within 10 days. I paid, but the price is way, way above the national average cost to replace a drain pan, which ranges from $250 to $575.
