Office person was professional, pleasant and worked to schedule a convenient time. Repairman was on time, answered my questions, was professional, and efficiently completed the job.

Thompson Electric are true professionals. As a landlord, they worked directly with my tenant to get the job done, even when there was a setback and the job had to be rescheduled. They left me with no worries and more time to take care of other matters. They kept communication open, either by phone, text or email; not as antiquated as some other companies that still only have fax. You will not be disappointed if you hire them for your future electrical needs.

I’ve dealt with multiple A/C companies in Jacksonville, and these guys far exceed their competitors in customer service. Blake Huey and James Ogrizovich are excellent installers. They came out to my condo today to do a full tear out and install of a new system. They were so professional and knowledgeable, and they did a great job at keeping everything clean while they were working. They double checked all their work and provided me all the information I needed to keep my system running smoothly. I highly recommend using this company.

Although all contractors are very busy, when I spoke with Phil by phone, I explained what we needed. Another electrician had been here a few days earlier to explore why a GFI circuit was not working. He said that we would have to pull a new line from the main circuit box to the GFI outlet in the upper master bath. That would cost thousands of dollars. In addition, the drywall repair and painting would be hundreds of dollars more.
Phil had an electrician here the next day to investigate. He found that we could tap into a nearby outlet. The following day, he returned with another electrician to do only minimal demolition, and fix the problem. The cost? Less than $400!!!
Our drywall/painter will be here this week, to make it as good as new.
Phil and the electricians were timely, courteous, professional, helpful and tidy in their work.
They are now our go-to electricians.

I have used them for A/C repair as well as some electrical work and they have always done a good job with prompt service.

Saw one of their drivers blatantly run a red light off the Arlington Expressway. A company that shows disregard for safety is one that shouldn't be recommended.
