Lettow plumbing is absolutely fantastic. They did a complete overhaul of the drainage in our home and I could not be more thankful for their hard work and absolute professionalism end to end.After 5 different plumbing companies (one of which damaged my kitchen flooring) Chris and his team were the only ones who were able to correctly diagnose and repair the problem. The plumbing in our entire home is now repaired and working again after almost two years of chasing issues.What I like best about their team is they are the only plumbing company I have interacted with that gave me a positive impression from the start. They had nice new trucks, the team was uniformed and they were all nice, polite, and highly skilled. I could not ask for more.This is VERY hard to find in Jacksonville.Going forward, they are the only plumbing I will use in Jacksonville. Chris, thank you guys so much for all the hard work!!! Called Roto rooter to disconnect and reconnect water to my house when replacing kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Yaya rich Ian and Kevin were all there on the day we reconnected. Made the process go fast having the extra hands available. Thanks for the great work

The day after Thanksgiving we discovered our outdoor irrigation system sprang a leak and was gushing water. We called Crabtree and left a message; they called us back within 30 minutes and there guy was here less than an hour later. He explained the problem and quickly got it repaired. Will definitely use Crabtree from now on! Greatly appreciated their quick response, honesty, and professionalism.

Our garden tub faucet started with a slow drip and then quickly became a running faucet no matter what we did. We reached out for recommendations and were referred to Kingdom Based Plumbing. I called them and was greeted by a wonderful woman who explained what I needed to do and to my surprise told me I would most likely have someone at my house that same afternoon!!! I was shocked as it is incredibly difficult to get anyone to service anything lately within weeks let alone same day. I was a bit skeptical but sure enough, I was sent a confirmation text with a timeframe of arrival and BOOM same day service. Jason and his technician/assistant were FANTASTIC. Super friendly and they explained everything to me every step of the way. I no longer have a crazy running, drippy faucet and will absolutely use them again when we renovate our other bathrooms. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumber type services. Great service, friendly and efficient - so difficult to find lately!

I can't speak to price as I am a renter but I dealt with the two gentlemen that came to my house. They removed the old water heater and installed the new one in under an hour. They let me know they were on the way, and they had come out originally on a Sunday to assess the issue; they replaced the water heater the next day. Left my laundry room floor cleaner than when they arrived, I really was super impressed with them. Would recommend Flow Solutions to anyone!

Great plumbing company. Gene Rover and team are true pros. On time, does great work, cleans up, all for a fair price. B&G does a lot of charitable work too in giving back to city. I've worked closely with them on many projects over many years. They're consistently top notch.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
