It's plumbing and prices are high but not any worse than any other place. However all of their employees are very friendly and professional. Most places I call anymore I get a debate but not here. They are easy to work with and care about their customers.

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

Jeff called ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived within the scheduled time frame. He assessed the problem quickly and accurately then proposed a solution which addressed the root cause of the issue. He answered all of my questions and did excellent work. This was a completely positive experience because Jeff was knowledgeable, capable and professional.

Will and Alex came out to fix a clog we had. They were super knowledgeable, handled everything and even cleaned and put everything back how it was. Would recommend and will work with them again for any plumbing issues (hopefully none) in the future!

Worz made an effort to fit me in on short notice due to an emergency. The work was done carefully and efficiently by Andy. Further, he went to great pains to clean up after himself. I highly recommend this firm.

I was so impressed with Riverbend’s responsiveness and Allen did a fantastic job quickly fixing a water leak behind my fridge over the weekend. He even helped me clean up the water mess and agreed to stop back by later in the week after everything dries out to move the fridge back in place. The Office Team was also super friendly and walked me through shutting off the water until Allen could get here. It’s so nice to find a contractor that puts the customer first and I will be calling them again in a few weeks to replace my aging water heater and for anything other plumbing issues that come up unexpectedly!

First of all Doug and John assessed our electric, tankless water heater, which hardly anyone does. They determined that we needed a new one, which I imagined they would. Our old one leaked. They came back soon after and put a brand new one in. It works better than the old one did, they showed up early to the appointment, and answered all my questions! Great service and it hardly took any time at all. Harmony and Haley at the front office are always great to talk to and they also answer all my silly questions. Shane dropped by today and made sure that everything was copacetic with the water heater. He was nothing but the best and was very professional and easy to talk to. What a great place to work with! This company was working on a project in a townhouse next to me, and left a backhoe parked at my back door for 8 days where I've been planting grass seed. On the day I was about to contact them, they finally showed up to take it. However, the trash I stared at for over a week in their cupholders is now thrown on the ground. Scumbags! I used to install underground utilities and if we disturbed anything, we put it back the way it was. On what planet do you abandon construction equipment for a week at any residence and toss your trash on the ground when you leave? Come back and get your Arizona iced tea and bottled water.
