Alec is incredibly professional and someone I would trust to do future plumbing work at my house. Had a leak in my living room ceiling. . I’d used Jacob Revels before with satisfaction. Called around 8:30 a.m. and got in touch with him. He came by at 2:30 p.m., saw the ceiling leak, climbed into the attic crawl space, found the leaking joint and repaired it quickly. Charged a reasonable fee. I will call him for any future plumbing issue.

Excellent work at a great price. Had a repipe completed, with water heater replaced and water softener added. We decided to replace our master bath at the same time of the repipe which made the whole process easier. Would recommend them to anyone who asks. We had a great experience.

I was given this company’s information for emergency services with a drain issue with our new home. After having another company come out the week prior we decided to call them in hopes they could figure out our problem. Allen was out to the house within the hour and was able fix our drain issue that we had been having since we moved into home. He was absolutely professional and was extremely helpful in explaining what we needed to do from there. He has since continued to follow up with us on future repairs and we’re grateful for the amazing customer service he provides. 10/10 recommend anyone to go with his services!

I had to pay an additional $395.00 because my insurance was told modifications had to be made that weren’t covered. $100.00 for a temperature relief valve. (The valve came with the hot water heater, what I ended up paying for was 3 feet of PVC pipe). $140.00 for hot side piping. (2 feet of PVC pipe and a PVC elbow joint) 155.00 for cold piping (2 feet of PVC pipe, a PVC elbow and a cheap PVC shut off valve). The only modification from the original was that the new tank is a little taller and the PVC needed to be shorter. I was also told I could not make the appointment unless I paid up front. I was lead to believe that this would be a big job… It took less than a half of an hour from beginning to end. The technician could not have been nicer, the one good thing. He was very sympathetic and understand my frustration.

January 6th on Philips highway heading east a lane was closed and every one had to merge a Baldwins plumbing truck was incredibly aggressive and wouldn’t let me merge matching my speed and blocking me out after I spent at least 2 minutes signaling. It was very dangerous and insanely rude. Older white and black employees giving your brand a terrible name. CUC 1225272 was the vehicle number
