Lettow plumbing is absolutely fantastic. They did a complete overhaul of the drainage in our home and I could not be more thankful for their hard work and absolute professionalism end to end.After 5 different plumbing companies (one of which damaged my kitchen flooring) Chris and his team were the only ones who were able to correctly diagnose and repair the problem. The plumbing in our entire home is now repaired and working again after almost two years of chasing issues.What I like best about their team is they are the only plumbing company I have interacted with that gave me a positive impression from the start. They had nice new trucks, the team was uniformed and they were all nice, polite, and highly skilled. I could not ask for more.This is VERY hard to find in Jacksonville.Going forward, they are the only plumbing I will use in Jacksonville. Chris, thank you guys so much for all the hard work!!! Set up an appointment a week out, was a 4 hour window in which they were supposed to show up. No call, 30 minutes after they should of been here I called and was advised they were behind.I expect a little more out of an established company, honestly, I would of understood if there was a call informing me they were not going to make it but there was nothing.One more appointment and I will update my review based on that, I hope it goes well.Update, another appointment scheduled and it's already an hour past. Called and it almost seems like they didn't even have me in the books, something is majorly wrong with this company.

Two bathrooms in my property were backing up. I was extremely irritated because the same issue occurred 3 months ago and was supposedly fixed by another plumber. This time I called Jim to check it out. He found that the previous plumber used improper pipes and connectors and never tied the laundry to the septic. None of the previous work was done to code. He discovered the prior work required a permit which the previous plumber never pulled. Jim came in and replaced everything with the required materials and pulled all the correct permits. His work was inspected by the city and passed with flying colors. His service was superb! I love how he took the time to go over everything he was going to do in great detail. He also helped lay out how exactly I should go after the other plumber to get a refund and even offered to represent me in court. If that’s not great service then I don’t know what is. Let’s just say I’ll be using Jim over and over again. I highly recommend his service!

Handybros provided an excellent service with prompt and professional work. They were knowledgeable and able to fix every issue that we needed help with.2. I was impressed by how courteous and friendly the Handybros team was. They were easy to communicate with and listened to my concerns before offering their solutions.

It been 3 weeks with out our hot water heater, they were supposed to have the part last Friday and install last Monday. Called the on Tuesday and they were going to check on the part never called back. Called American Home Shield and they are pretty worthless called the plumber and they did not have a answer as to why they did not repair the hot water heater. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
