Best Broken Water Pipe in Jacksonville FL

Very unprofessional company - got quoted to fix a leaking outdoor faucet at $800 told him i couldn't do it and he immediately lowered it to $400. I was able to get ahold of a different company who charged me $85 the next day. Do your research before on how much a job should cost - these guys are ridiculous.

This was my first experience with Turner Plumbing. I have Sears whole house warranty and they assigned Turner Plumbing. They were out when they said they would be. They quickly resolved my issue and I am completely happy. The plumbers who responded were Luli and Albi. Both were very friendly and cordial. Thank You guys.

Did not seem to know the faucet construction. Tried to offer a replacement before even looking at it. The issue was a simple fix, the cartridge inside got loose. Told me it has to sit for a bit for whatever reason before putting it together. I waited 10 minutes To find them both sitting in the van smoking milking the clock. When I asked how much longer they rushed back in put it back together in a less than a minute and charged me extra 20$ for sitting in the van smoking stating it was over 1st 45 minutes which was not the case. I will never use their services again.

Fast and friendly service. Great value. I’ve used Terry Vereen for the past 16 years for all of my plumbing needs and they have never let me down. They just finished the repipe of our master bathroom. It was a major project. They were even willing to work around our travel schedule. Highly recommend!

I was so happy to see the technician arrive. We had sewage backing up in all bathrooms, tubs and sinks Brittany got a plumber out there right away. She called me back to assure me that technician was on the way within 2 hours. She made sure that I was ok she was very thoughtful and understanding. I can’t say enough when a person cares about how they make you feel. WHEN THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED I WAS SCREAMING AND CURSING BECAUSE I WAS MOPING UP SEWAGE IN MY KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS HE IMMEDIATELY OOEN THE PIPE TO STOP THE BACK FLOW. I was so happy he Meade me and my family a priority by coming after hours. Thanks guys

Prompt and professional service.

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

These guys are great. Helped me with several problems at home and in my business. Prompt and professional.
