We had a water leak coming through our ceiling and the company was very prompt arriving. The work done was very neat and efficient and our problem was corrected quickly. The price was reasonable and i would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

We had a pipe burst last night. We were the second call for the next day. David was professional and so knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and quickly. We also realized we needed a new water tank. That was replace and installed in the same manner. We will be using this company from now on

Eddie and his team were AMAZING! We had been having an on-again-off again plumbing issue that a very large and well-known plumbing company kept trying to fix. We finally called Premier after seeing so many positive recommendations from our neighbors in Julington Creek and they found and fixed the problem immediately. They were so personable, knowledgeable and fair priced that we used them the following week to replace two of our existing toilets with upgrades. We can not recommend them high enough!

Woody from Presto Plumbing was on time and very professional. We have had a recurring issue with our master toilet/shower backing up since we did a bathroom renovation. He had to get on the roof to snake the line which fixed the clog. He also made some suggestions on how to get to the root of the issue so we can get this issue fixed once and for all. I would recommend Presto Plumbing and will definitely be calling them again!

Utilized this company for a complete re-pipe and they did a fantastic job. Came in under budget and faster then other companies I called for quotes and start dates. Even used them to install new fixtures and looks amazing.

Two bathrooms in my property were backing up. I was extremely irritated because the same issue occurred 3 months ago and was supposedly fixed by another plumber. This time I called Jim to check it out. He found that the previous plumber used improper pipes and connectors and never tied the laundry to the septic. None of the previous work was done to code. He discovered the prior work required a permit which the previous plumber never pulled. Jim came in and replaced everything with the required materials and pulled all the correct permits. His work was inspected by the city and passed with flying colors. His service was superb! I love how he took the time to go over everything he was going to do in great detail. He also helped lay out how exactly I should go after the other plumber to get a refund and even offered to represent me in court. If that’s not great service then I don’t know what is. Let’s just say I’ll be using Jim over and over again. I highly recommend his service!

Very unprofessional the so called plumber showed up with out callin,guywas very rude coming inside my home. I asked him how long will the service be and he started yelling. I told him to leave before I go off and really lose it. I called the receptionist and she was very smug and passive with his behavior. I would not recommend this family owned business to flush my toilet.

Brian was amazing plumber. I had toilet issues and he came in and had it fix with then a hr. Really nice guy. He will be my go to plumber now on.
