He introduced himself and was very professional. He fixed the problem within an hour! A problem that had plagued me and my family for 2 days! Removed my original review. It was factual. Beckwith Plumbing did not properly remove and replace the piping that was to be removed and replaced from my home in May to June of 2018. They left old pieces around the property, left the drainage pipes untouched, but left some with tape over bad connections. The seller of my home hired them with my money to purchase the home. I should have pushed for someone else to do the work. They kept a key to my home without my permission, as I had locked all doors a day before they came back to work (even though they argued they were done). When I arrived to meet them in the home, a worker was already working on the kitchen sink. When I asked how he got in, he claimed the door was open. I changed the locks after they almost finished. Since the closing on my home depended on finalizing the work, I agreed to stop the work. My sink leaked when I moved in. I fixed it myself. I had posted pictures, two appear to still show on their review board.
