My wife callYour services again requesting your assistance and another plumber nearBy fixed the problem that your first plumber should have noticed. A bill should have not been produced for that second service at the time your plumber spoke to my wife. He told her that the second trip was on Turner because the problem wasn’t completed on the first visit about 30 minutes earlier. I am disappointment that you have charge us $62. for that second service.

Left a message for emergency service they said it would be time and a half for the service. I agreed to pay that charge. They finally called back saying there was no way they would be able to get here today. All they did was hold me up from finding somebody that could come fix my problem. I would never recommend or use the service.

Had to wait for a second technician to come out. Randy showed up and showed out. He was very friendly and helpful. Was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently along with checking behind his work to ensure everything was ok.Helped out with multiple issues,And offered suggestions to help in the future. Very pleased with the quality of work from their plumber, Billy. Had a problem with misaligned pipes. He was very knowledgeable and used his time wisely when attacking the problem. I did not feel over charged. He kept a clean working area which was impressive given all the sawing into the wall that was required to fix the pipes. Definitely worth putting your trust into!

This family owned business has a work crew with many years of experience and it shows in their work. From the initial visit and quote to the competition of the remodel of our bathroom we were very pleased. The craftsmen that installed the tile shower were the most polite and courteous crew we have ever dealt with. They placed cloths on the walkways they used to make sure and not damage any floors in the house and kept all the construction debris contained. They kept us involved in the process explaining each step and giving us options to make sure we were happy with the result.The finished bathroom looks great and is functional. The shower door and fixtures are top quality. We would certainly use this company again for any future remodels.

I received the dreaded notification from JEA saying I had a slab leak. Called Jacob to come take a look see. He immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple no BS options. Copper pipping just doesn’t do that great sometimes after being fixed so I bit the bullet and went with a full home re-plumb to pex so I wouldn’t have to worry about another slab leak. It also allowed for a discounted rate on my homeowners insurance. Jacob was rather busy at the time but he squeezed me in to get our water back on. In the process we threw a curve ball decided to upgrade hot water tank to a tankless model, he recommended several good options and had it installed with no hassle. Great service, even better person and definitely recommend him to anyone that will listen.

This is a long review but I feel all the facts need to be stated. We just moved to Jacksonville less than 30 days ago and am still in the process of updating my local vendor list for plumbers, electricians, etcI had a Moen shower faucet stem that broke off when it was being turned off on Thursday evening. I looked online at several YouTube videos and it seemed like a pretty simple fix whereby you take out the cartridge and replace it with a new one. I didn't want to try this out myself as I may damage it further and I thought it would cost between $150 to $250 to fix.I called David Gray Plumbing on Friday morning and they were able to get a plumber out here the same day afternoon to take a look at it.He first told me that he would need to replace the entire joint fixture and for that he would need to break the shower cubicle tile. I suggested that I would prefer if he didn't break any tiles and then he said that he could go in through the sheet rock at the back. He quoted me at first approx $1800. I told him this was more than I had thought it would cost. I also told him that I felt he was replacing the entire engine rather than just the spark plug.I then told him that I would need to get another opinion from different vendors before I proceeded with a decision. I'm GLAD I did. Before he left he gave me an updated quote to fix the issue which included tearing out the sheet rock and fixing the issue which came to $1500+.I contacted another local plumber (Herzer's Plumbing) that same afternoon who has been in business for 60+ years. They were able to schedule an appointment for Monday afternoon. Glenn came out here Monday around noon and within 25 minutes he was able to take the broken cartridge out with his experience and ingenuity.He then replaced it with a new cartridge (without breaking any tiles, sheet rock or anything else). He was done in 45 minutes and I was charged a reasonable $265. BIG DIFFERENCE in price and I don't have to now re-plaster the wall and have it repainted either.Thought I would share my experience with everyone.
