To start, this is in no way a negative review on their abilities. I never got that far. After having one of the more bizarre contractor calls that I have had, I did need to note that this business needs to tighten up its upfront customer service skills. I am relatively new to Fernandina Beach and am doing a number of improvements to my property. I was looking for a plumber and read some very good reviews about the company so I called. I told the receptionist that I was looking to replace a kitchen sink to start - fairly easy beginning to a relationship. It took awhile as the receptionist consistently fumbled the spelling of my name, couldn't get my phone number correctly multiple times and then took my email address and property address. She then asked what type of sink I had (undercounter) and told me -after placing me on hold - that they would have to come out to my house to look at the sink since they don't replace all undercounter sinks. I said that it was a standard Kohler that was in place now, and asked what types that they didn't work on. She put me on another hold and then told me that they don't drill into counters. I said that since we are replacing an existing sink, there should not be any new drilling of anything. She put me on hold again and came back to tell me that that she could have someone out on January 4th (today is December 9th). I told her that this was silly, and that since I needed to wait a month to have someone come out to tell me whether they could actually replace my sink, that I was going to continue calling other plumbers. She then warned me to make sure that I checked the Google reviews of other plumbers before I did business with them!!! So instead of taking all of my information and wasting my time, she could clearly have told me on the front end of the call that they were incredibly busy and there is a long lead time to get an appointment. Very frustrating experience.

We had a faucet valve burst in our bathroom that was behind a wall. The room next to the bathroom was flooded. It was on a Saturday, so we called several well known local plumbers to help. No one was available until Monday. We were referred to Kurt Jackson Plumbing and they were awesome! A plumber was at our house within an hour. He found the leak within a few minutes. He had to cut away a cabinet wall to get to the leak. He was able to cap off the pipe until we could order a new tub faucet. They were very professional and reasonably priced. Thanks again!

bad bad bad badthe most bad company i have ever dealing with . they are a big lire and they have the most Brock system ever . i follow them promise to come by to do some job in my business for the whole month and every time i call to chick all what i get is sorry and apologize with more lie .

Great response, great work, fair prices and solid customer service. Royce is great to deal with, works quickly, cleans up after he's finished and doesn't push or upsell things you don't need. Amelia Plumbing is my go to.

Just had my first encounter with Joe from Griffin Service. I needed to have my AC checked out as it has been awhile since the last servicing. He was courteous and informative and able to fix an issue I did not know about. He explained everything and I would highly recommend this company. The pricing wasn't bad either....signed up for future servicing. Thanks for making this an enjoyable experience.

My appointment was scheduled for 2PM with a 2 hr work window. They were a NO call NO show until I had to call them and ask when I was getting service. After I called the tech that was supposed to show up was busy at another job so they sent someone else who then showed up at 6PM and left just before 8PM; 4hrs late better than never. Communication is not great and after the install I still am having issues that I'm waiting on repairs. Devon was very nice and professional however he could not totally fix the issues and answer all of my questions. I will follow-up on the review once they address all the issues.

By far the best customer service I have experienced since moving to Jax!!! So I was tasked with the honeydo list since I was off for the day. We had been calling around and it seemed we were getting rediculouse pricing on plumbing issues so I called Econo and asked when I could get someone out to check our water heater. The boss said right now. Within 30 min the plumber was at our house. Gave me the quote for the heater, not what I wanted to hear, but Mr. Travis was very detailed in his explanation. You could tell he and his company had a since of integrity and dont appear to be the type of business that would take advantage of people. On his way out, I asked could he check the toilets because every now and then I heard drips from two of our toilets and Rotorrooter quoted us 225+ per toilet. He was firm in saying the price per hour and that it wasn't a quote for that but the price was the price, nothing hidden. Because my husband had already purchased the material and because of Mr. Travis was honest and professionalism I decided to see when he could fix them. He said let me draft a ticket and call in to see if I can do it while I'm here. Well he did the work, did it fast, and explained what he was doing while he was doing it. Now the other reject companies need to take a lesson from Econo -Rooter and there needs to be more Mr. Travis's representing their company and doing quality work.. Thanks so much. Moving forward this company has our business as long has we get the same Tech/Plumber or the same Great work! Thanks again...

Our toilet broke and would not flush. Best Jacksonville Plumbers helped us with it, and they were cheap compared to the other plumbers. Will use them again if we have another plumbing issue.

Able Plumbing is an A+ company. They came out the same day I called and were able to fix one of my issues and trouble shoot the others. (Which they have ordered parts for and will be returning to repair!) Greg was the technician and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough in his analysis and work. The office staff was extremely polite in calling ahead to inform me of his arrival time as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Able Plumbing if you are in the market for a highly skilled plumbing contractor!!!

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
