James was super knowledgeable and professional! He resolved and on-going issue quickly and thoroughly. We couldn't be happier with our experience with James and Fenwick.

He came out the same day I called, can't ask for much better than that. Works fast and then rechecked his own work about 20 times to make sure nothing was leaking before he left. He's a bit of a character but overall I'd def recommend this guy if you need a plumber ?

I called Plumb-Pal to replace both toilets in my home. They arrived on time and completed the removal and installation quickly and efficiently. I'm quite happy with the work which was done a few months ago. Plumb-Pal is an affordable, reliable, locally owned business. I willbe calling them again soon for some work on the irrigation system.

I received the dreaded notification from JEA saying I had a slab leak. Called Jacob to come take a look see. He immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple no BS options. Copper pipping just doesn’t do that great sometimes after being fixed so I bit the bullet and went with a full home re-plumb to pex so I wouldn’t have to worry about another slab leak. It also allowed for a discounted rate on my homeowners insurance. Jacob was rather busy at the time but he squeezed me in to get our water back on. In the process we threw a curve ball decided to upgrade hot water tank to a tankless model, he recommended several good options and had it installed with no hassle. Great service, even better person and definitely recommend him to anyone that will listen.

Just had a fantastic experience with Griffin. Our technician, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and honest. Our overall experience from start (scheduling) to finish was top notch. Clearly this is a business who is doing it right. We really appreciate Griffin and would highly recommend!

UPDATE - January 2019: Dale came out again today, this time to repair our water heater. He was 20 minutes early, quickly made the necessary repairs, and was once again as kind and professional as the first time he visited. My water is hotter than ever before! If you're in need of plumbing expertise, Plumbers Inc is the ONLY company you should call!July 2018: We had Dale out today to fix our running toilet. He was super-fast and super-friendly! He even entertained my two toddlers, who were enthralled with his work. I currently rent the home I'm in, but I hope to be able to make Plumbers Inc. my go-to plumber when we buy our own home!
