After he was done, he provided pictures and recommendations that will be in my detailed invoice should I want to have it done. The price quoted is good for 30 days so I have time to discuss with my husband before making a decision. Very nice and personable technician.

Called because my pump quit on me I told them it was no emergency because I had water hooked up from next door. So they sent Jason out today he was very nice and respectful he did a excellent job. PV Plumbing beats all the rest! After several attempts trying to get to the bottom of tankless water heater problems, Dave was reliable, honest and forthcoming about options and next steps. He came back at no charge to further diagnose and work directly over phone with Rheem.....of which I do not have time to do nor am I qualified. Pipe Works just completed a complete re-pipe of my home. The job was brilliantly done, even the city inspector remarked on the quality. The team added features that were overlooked in the original plumbing, like an easily accessible global shut off valve. The team were on-time, professional, and hard working. Very respectful and careful with my things. And good at explaining their plan, changes made, and the rationale for what they did. I highly recommend.

Our toilet broke and would not flush. Best Jacksonville Plumbers helped us with it, and they were cheap compared to the other plumbers. Will use them again if we have another plumbing issue.

This morning Ashley at Able plumbing called to ASK if she could send the plumber a half hour earlier than scheduled. I thought it was so considerate to be asked rather than informed. When Gregg the plumber arrived to replace the kitchen faucet, he told me fixing the existing faucet was super easy. He showed me how he did it, and gave me a modified allen wrench so I could fix it myself in the future. This is the second time this year I've called Able Plumbing and both times, the service has been truly exceptional. This is a company that seems to value customer satisfaction over huge profits. Very unorganized! I was just trying to schedule a home remodel estimate and the front office had no idea what I was talking about. Not to mention of the previous reviews 2 had the same last name... makes me think it was family that was helping boost reviews.

The plumber was very patient because my pipes were so clogged up that he came back to finish the problem. His name is lido? The price was very reasonable.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.

I've had them come out to repair a leak in my pool twice. First time $300 dollars to come out, and a $40 epoxy job that lasted maybe 2 weeks. When you are the only show in town you can charge and do what you want. 2nd time, a different guy, and he actually got out the equipment to do a full leak test (first guy did not). After determining the leak was in the same place as the first guy, I was informed it couldn't be fixed with epoxy, charged me another $300 dollars and told me I would get a proposal to fix the pool. 2 weeks later I get the proposal of $1200 and was informed that the $640 I had already paid them doesn't go towards to cost of the repair.
