Charlie came out and did an excellent job installing a new faucet and 4 hose bibs outside. He was very polite and helpful the entire time. I would recommend going with Christian Brothers if you have a plumbing issue.

When I say I cannot rave enough about the two individuals at Metro Rooter who assisted me with my sump pump repair. From the beginning Mr. Rousseau called to address my concerns with him being so professional, knowledgeable and polite. He then sent his technician Frank Smith the next day who was just as knowledgeable, professional and polite as him to complete the job at a reasonable price when other competitors were attempting to charge double. Metro Rooter has gained a customer for life and I would recommend anyone to utilize their services! Thank you guys again!

Moved to Jax Beach in 1993 and hired Steven's Plumbing to re-piped the concrete block beach house built in 1953. The house is now 70 yr old and I have called Steven's for all plumbing issues, major problems: water main break and sewer line replacement as well as smaller diy disasters! I highly Recommend him for his response time and workmanship.

I had a leaky sink at home and I reached out to Floridian Plumbing for help. I was impressed with the prompt response and the plumber who came to fix the issue was courteous and professional.The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and it's been over a month now and I haven't had any issues with my sink. I appreciate the quality of the work and the attention to detail that the plumber showed during the repair.

Editing my original review: First time they came out it was a great experience and a great price. Unfortunately, the second visit (for something different) was a very different experience. It was for a small clog that turned into a big problem, which certainly happens, but the tech wasn’t sure how to fix it, so he had to call his boss (who was in a meeting). When the tech got ahold of his boss a while later, he wondered around my property chatting on the phone, then cleaned up and left without telling me the cost or options. I got charged for the time he spent trying to figure out his job and for that time on the call. If a tech doesn’t know how to do a job, I’d suggest he leave so I’m not charged extra for a how-to-do-my-job 30 minute call.

Super nice place! Good parking and clean bathrooms. One employee there is probably the absolute most beautiful man I have ever seen in a mirror. If you happen to go there and he's there, lucky you! It's also a pretty nice place to work, if you're good enough.

Griffin was very fast to get out and repair our leak and replumb our entire home. They were patient with us as we had to remove our fireplace to access our shower as to not remove any tiles in our shower. Any concerns we had were taken care of as soon as possible. Matt, Austin & Dustin were so wonderful to work with. We plan to use them again for the HVAC side and any issues in the future! You can’t go wrong with Griffin!

Called upon Monument Plumbing to replace my kitchen sink and faucet. Showed up on time and did GREAT work. Great attention to detail! Did a very thorough job right down to clean-up when the job was over .... To summarize.. No Runs, No Drips, No Error's! Would HIGHLY recommend Monument for ALL your plumbing needs.

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.
