I had Brother's come to my home to service a leaky pipe. Upon arrival, the technician asked that I start a load of laundry to see if we can get the pipe to start dripping. Running the machine did not produce water from the pipe. The technician then asked that I turn on all water sources in my home, which caused the pipe to be overwhelmed. The pipe then started pouring water, which got on my furnace. The technician said I should have another Brother's tech come out to inspect the furnace to ensure it wasn't ruined from the water leak, at an additional cost to me. It was determined that there was likely a clog in my mine line. A toilet was removed from my bathroom and the tech tried to see if he could unclog the pipe. He was unsuccessful in doing so and called yet another technician to come to my home to see if they could identify the problem. The toilet was left in my kitchen and the bolts to the toilet were not left at my home.The next technician arrived and within 15 mins of being at my home suggested the sewer line was compromised and I would need to have my sewer line replaced at a minimum cost of $9k. I was left feeling completely overwhelmed and feeling like I was being taken advantage of. Over the weekend I had a gut feeling I should get a 2nd opinion. I had another plumbing company come on Sunday. They performed the same inspection as Brothers and came to a very different conclusion. They took the time to walk me through what they saw and potential remedies to the situation. Their technician spent 3 hours working at the clog and was successful in unclogging my mine sewer line after pulling out tree roots. I felt included in the decision making process and was relieved to find out my sewer line was not compromised and I could avoid the $9k bill and tearing up my backyard. However, I was charge over $800 by Brothers for providing little to no resolution. I also had to pay $200 to have the toilet reinstalled and for new bolts that were not left at my home.

I am grateful to have been referred to Euro Plumbing. They are by far the BEST plumbing service I've interacted with. They responded to my inquiry on a Sunday evening and were willing to squeeze me into was was probably a busy schedule. They were prompt, patient, kind and most importantly HONEST. They did not price gouge me and their rates were extremely affordable. Ivo installed my water heater this evening, he was professional, patient and got the work done in record time. He also left my home clean, which is a huge deal for me. My last water heater install was a little shabby. Ivo kindly fixed most of the issues and did not charge me extra to bring the work up to code. I have been singing their praises all nite and will be referring them to all that need a reliable and cost effective plumbing company.

Very fast service. Installed 3 ceiling fans with new wiring and mounts. Professional and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend and I believe I'll stick with them for future endeavors.

Tech was great when he finally got here which is why three stars instead of 1. I called on Monday morning and the soonest they could come out was Tuesday. Tech never showed and no one called. When I called to check they said they’d reschedule us—for Thursday! Promised someone would text in advance but they called. Call did not come through and when I called back to check on status—1 minute after Bell called—I was put on indefinite hold. When I finally got through they had redeployed tech to another job. Felt like Kramer vs the cable guy

Tipping Hat is very responsive and punctual. I always get a person on the phone when I call. They provided clear information about my issue, provided me multiple options for repair/replacement and answered my questions in layman's terms. I needed a heat pump replacement and some new wiring and thermostat. The work was completely very efficiently. Highly recommended.

Josh re ran plumbing pipes for my shower and vanity. In addition, he replaced my water meter dome. He wore a mask and gave me a fair price for great work!

Thomas and Brian B showed up on time and very friendly. They both were so knowledgeable about anything I asked, I felt very comfortable letting them do the work. They were able to install my toilet and water heater quickly, and even cleaned up the little mess they made. Had a heating issue and Befort was able to come out next day.

There was no charge to check out what the issue is unlike every other company I called. I was offered a free way to resolve my issue temporarily & also a permanent fix. I went with the permanent fix and didn’t feel like I got taken for a ride on the cost.

Lamar (technician) was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to show me how to troubleshoot in the future. Overall great experience
