John with King Rooter & Plumbing was on time for our appointment, he was informative, and brought the plumbing lines up to code when installing the new water heater. He has great customer service, and was able to resolve a secondary issue while he was here. I would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing issues resolved quickly.

My husband & I found Top Shelf just from a google search and now I see why they have a 5 star rating! We recently purchased an older home and had to not only update/upgrade our electrical panel, but also wanted to get central air. After having multiple companies come and give us estimates, we instantly knew we wanted to go with Top Shelf! Ryan came by and took a look at our home and explained in simple terms what we needed and why. They backed their work with not only good pricing, but with a lengthy warranty. We were able to move forward the following week and got our electrical panel updated in one day! The technician that came through was professional and did a great job. Ryan even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly! While Ryan was there we mentioned that we wanted to get central air and Ryan was able to link us with somebody who was part of his team and got the AC unit installed the following weekend! Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

It was quite an expensive appointment … for getting my water line connected to my new refrigerator. I expected about half of the overall charges.Jim was very personable and professional. He explained what he’d be doing and was very thorough. He also helped me keep the fridge from easily being pulled by opening the closed, by lowering the fridge’s “feet”.

Mixed review. Our 3year old unit quit during the July heat wave. One tech came out but it took 2 weeks to find out first guy didn’t do paperwork. New guy Brandon came out and he was awesome, but replacement part blew like the original. So new lead tech and two others came out and really fixed it with whole new AC unit. But now we’re being told the original sales person from Tipping Hat sold us ‘too powerful’ of a unit and our air intake isn’t sufficient which is why it blew in the first place. So half fixed? So… sales is a 2 star. Brandon and Dillon and tech staff is 4 star. Would I use again… not sure.

I have flipped a few properties and went through every bad plumber in the Denver area. My contractor buddy told me he only uses Flow-Rite. Now I have used them on every property I have owned. The best is being able to text Rubin with my problem and he responds with a time they can come out. Makes it so easy.
This is the company when someone mentions needing a plumber you say, YOU HAVE TO USE MY PLUMBER. My Wife always brags about how one of our properties we were selling, a leak in the wall came up in the inspection. Flow-Rite came out, found the hole on the first attempt so we only had a 6 inch patch in the drywall. It was next level impressive.

Jason was amazing to work with! He was able to show up the same day to give us a quote and come the same week to install a gas line for a new stove. He was very kind, very professional and very friendly to our overly excited puppies. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again

Solid guy, did not attempt coercion or fear selling or any of that other stuff that comes with emergency plumbing services. Told me what it would take and what it would cost to get the job done, and was more than happy to advise me on what I could do to save myself some money, and him some time, if you get me. Kept in constant contact when I needed. I highly recommend this guy if you more or less just need someone to tell you what to do, and who isn't gonna show up and immediately demand 1200$ from you. I suppose that also depends on the level of service you require, but TLDR; he quoted me 3k$ for a sprinkler leak job that instead, given his advice, I was able to save roughly 90% of the cost on. I have to admit that I was super bugged that I had to call after hours emergency plumbing services and pay the extra fees, but when Billy showed up he both looked and acted professional, he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and performed the work exceptionally well. It was such a pleasant experience that I actually stopped being bugged about the price. I would absolutely recommend Billy again … he knows his stuff for sure.

I wouldn't use anyone but Phillip. He's honest, knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. He doesn't try to sell you service you don't need.

Kris and Laith did an amazing job installing my Aunt's Sump pump, and drainage piping. The right price and the best service in town. We will use them again as needed.

Marcus and Keith were great. They were on time, professional, and efficient in getting the job done quickly and right. Have now used Befort for two different jobs (installing a new toilet and repairing a broken pipe) and have been extremely happy with every part of the service--from scheduling to the work done in house. Also great that they are a (relatively rare) woman-owned plumbing/heating company, and we like to support that. Will definitely continue to use them moving forward.
