Found a coupon for this company in my new Aurora homeowner welcome package. Called them up and booked an appointment for the next day, very quick. Technician showed up on time, and after quickly diagnosing the problem only charged the $80 fee for fixing a single outlet. Great service on all sides of the spectrum, will use again.

I called for service due to my boiler system not functioning as normal. Tipping hat was able to schedule me for same day service. The service tech Mitchell was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and was able to identify the issue on the system within 5 mins. Fix it within another 5 mins, 100% functioning. Not to mention the day prior I had another company come out and was told I needed to replace the entire piping of my system for $8,000. You have created a loyal customer out of this.
