Best Water Problems in Aurora CO

Had a big clog in our main line and John did a great job finding it and getting it unclogged. He even gave some tips on making sure it doesn’t happen again. Very polite. Great service.

This company is great! We had Robert come check out two possible leaks and to give us an estimate on all the work. He checked out all of our plumbing concerns, and really listened to us when we told him about each issue. He explained what parts need to be replaced and why certain things happened. I’m so glad I called Brothers since the plumber was extremely nice, attentive, and professional. I can’t imagine using anyone else. Now that we have an idea of the problem and cost, we will definitely schedule this plumber to come back out for repairs once payday arrives. Obviously, if it was a huge issue, he could have done the repairs today, but I wanted to wait for financial reasons. I’m glad Brothers is flexible and even calling to schedule a visit was awesome. I spoke to Donna and she was SUPER nice and courteous over the phone, and today the other lady, Gabby, I think, she was polite as well. I will enjoy the rest of my weekend now knowing Brothers will be able to fix the leak. Even if some place was cheaper, Brother’s customer service is worth it to me.

Our water heater went out in the morning and we had a new one installed by the time we ate dinner. Andon was courteous, professional and made extra effort to ensure removal of the old water heater didn’t make a mess in our home. Will definitely call them again if we have any plumbing issues!

From the first phone call to the end of the job was very positive. Chris arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable and did a great job. He went above and beyond to make us satisfied.

We called Mike to deal with a kitchen drain problem that came up on a weekend. He rearranged his schedule and came out on a Sunday to clear the drain and fix a pipe leak in the same line. In the process of investigating, Mike identified that there was no venting on the line and that the seal around our the sink had been compromised as well. He was extremely thorough and clearly explained everything, and what needed to be done to fix our primary issue (leak and drain cleaning) that day to get us up and running. We asked Mike to quote out the vent issue as well and had him come back at a later time for that. For both visits, Mike was prompt, communicated with us clearly on his expected timing, tested and retested to ensure no other leaks and left everything so clean it was as if he was never there. I highly recommend him and expect we will use him again in the future.

We were in urgent need of plumbing help late on a Friday night and he came when other plumbers said they couldn't be there until the next day. Philip was amazing, honest, fair, clean, friendly. And got the job done fast. I would recommend this business to my friends and will!

Called Kris after another VERY HIGHLY recommended plumber in my neighborhood blew my off/over quoted/changed his quote/ showed up with 4 plumber but then couldn't fix a broken pipe. Another neighbor recommended Service Made Easy. Kris was quite AMAZING! Easily fixed a busted pipe and put on a shut off valve. He noticed a fast drip on my water heater and also repaired that quickly. He prices are amazing compared to other plumbers and he is a genuine nice guy and has wonderful customer service and knowledge. I will definitely only use him again. It is very hard to find a good plumber and super happy to have found him.

Rick helped us install a missing toilet flange on concrete flooring, as well as our new toilet. He was on time, quick, professional, and extremely nice. Very satisfied with his work, and we will be calling A Better Plumber for all of our future plumbing requirements!

Leon was very informative and expedient. My water heater and piping was replaced less than 24 hours after it broke and after I called Leon. I will for sure use Royalty Plumbing in the future.

Highly recommend this company! Robert scheduled the appointment and Stephen did the work the next day! On time, friendly, didn't take long to fix and finally...my shower head is no longer dripping! Did a fantastic job in very little time and the price couldn't be beat! Thank you!

Terrible company. Do not use. I have an emergency and they could care less. My water heater is literally leaking and causing water damage to my house and needs to be addressed immediately, but they don't do emergency things I guess. I unfortunately have to use my home warranty, who is equally as bad, Fidelity National Home Warranty, avoid them as well. They have tried to contact them and now that they can't they want to offer me a cash out that no one even remotely covers the little amount they want to give.
These people however, finally answered a phone call after me explaining that this leak is causing water damage to my home and mold and mildew. They finally said they could get someone out to drain and move it and would come back the next day or 2 to put in the new water heater. 3 hours later and literally over dozens of phone calls later, no is responding and no one showed up. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. My water heater is still leaking and causing damage as I write this and I am also still dialing trying to get someone to answer. DO NOT call these people for anything. They will not show up and they could care less about their customer.
After reading the responses from their customer service team, let me head you off there. My warranty company may be terrible, but when they have already authorized you guys to do the work and refuse to call me back, answer any of my phone calls or answer the warranty company's phone call, the fault lies solely on you and your company. If you do not want to own up to your terrible business practices and customer services, don't hide behind the warranty company like you don't understand how to answer a phone or return a phone call. These issues from all of these reviews are on you.
