Karsten with Brothers did an amazing job running a new electrical line and sub panel to my detached garage. He explained everything along the way and was very professional and personable. This is my second time working with Brothers, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Called earlier in the week to schedule someone to come clear a slow drain in my shower. Was given a window of 8-11 am for the scheduled day. No call/no show (super cool when you take off work). Won't use this company again.

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.
My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.
When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.
Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house?
Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.

I had a very bad clog on my kitchen sink. I don’t have much knowledge with plumbing stuff, and was at least smart enough to know that I needed help. I called and spoke with Sharone and he gave me a good time for his services. He showed up when he told me. He was professional courteous and got the job done. He also observed that I needed other smaller items fixed that would potentially cause me trouble later. I saw the ad that mentioned that Sharone was a master plumber, and after he finished, I believe he spoke the truth. Thank you very much

Alan did a fantastic job start to finish. From getting us a quote quickly to installing a new water heater the next day. Price was reasonable, honestly a bargain when you consider the professionalism and attention to detail. Don’t waste your time and money with another company!

I contacted this company for a quote. Though I have not yet actually used their services, I had the pleasure of being provided a quote by their very professional technician JD who provided me with that quote so that I can make an informed decision for my plumbing needs. Thank you so much JD for your professionalism and the information! C.

Marc R has done nearly everything in our house for Pluming since we moved in 6 years ago. He came out for a leak we had in our basement ceiling. Turned out he had to replace the garbage disposal as it had a 4 inch crack on it. Since then we have had Marc back to install a Halo 5 Water Filtration System, and even had to redo many pipes to install the Halo 5, and it looks amazing. He has also installed a new toilet in our basement. He has changed all the Hot & Cold on/off switches in the entire house. He has installed a new shower in master bath. He has repaired our sprinkler system pipes outside. Marc has over 20 yrs experience, and it shows. He is definitely a MASTER PLUMBER. If you live in Parker, or nearby this is your guy if you need ANY plumbing services. Thank you NextGen for all your hard work, and your dedication to your customers.
