Started out okay. Got a quick appointment for someone to come out and look at our water heater. However, had to pay the $65 assessment fee and then never heard back from them. No follow up, no quote, nothing. Pretty scammy. Obviously, not going to use them for actual work after that experience.

This business is heads and shoulders above any other. Don’t go to Home Depot for a new Water Heater if you got Euro Plumbing around. The best value, the best warranty, the best communication, and the best quality. Hands down the absolute easiest and fair price we have seen for a 40 gallon water heater with installation and warranty. You do not have anything to fear with these guys, they are the best you can do if you’re looking for new water heater and installation.

Bell home solutions won me back! Their customer service was impeccable getting me an appointment the same day due to my furnace issue. The technician Mario was amazing and was thorough in his service of my furnace issue. I had been using Bell until 2016 but then couldn't get in for appointments that fall. I went to another company who I thought was providing the yearly maintenance I needed. Mario showed me the steps they missed that caused this issue today.Ask for Mario, his expertise, care, and commitment to what he does is an asset in providing service you can trust. Bell is my company once again.

We were recently told that our pressure regulator went out and it would cost around $400-$600 to get it fixed. I found Flow-Rite through a friend and their price beat every competitor in the area! Not to mention, Ruben has been very prompt in answering any and all of my questions. Rob came and replaced the regulator in a very timely manner. These guys are fantastic to work with and I will be recommending them to everybody I know from now on!

Used Quality First to convert a section of PEX to Copper in an area where the pipes were visually exposed in my basement. The job was quite difficult to make look aesthetically pleasing due to odd wall shapes and built-in cabinetry. However, I'm writing this review because Brian was able to work magic, follow the contour of the complex wall shape, and make the lines extremely clean and parallel. He took the more difficult option, but it looks amazing. It looks so good, my wife doesn't think we need to paint the pipes to match the wall color, which was originally the plan. Ray was also extremely helpful throughout the process and spent extra time answering my questions about the re-pipe. I highly recommend Quality First. Ask for Jacob, Brian and Ray.

I called to get my furnace checked out before the cold weather hits. Lamar came out and tested everything, cleaned up the flame sensor, and checked the filter to make sure everything is in good working order. Arrived on time and did what was promised.

Robert and Dirk repaired a leaking jetted bathtub. Both were polite and professional; excellent crafsmanship and reasonable prices. They even fixed a vibrating furnace exhaust for free. No need to search for another plumber in the Parker area!

Called them because of the good reviews, the lady who answered was very nice. She told me to send pictures of the old one with the label which
I did. Even followed up with another email later that day. ( she said the workers call between each job ) Never heard a thing back.
Update, I have changed the rating as he did call us back. It wasn't the same day as I was told it would be but he did call. He was also very apologetic about the miss connunication and I respect them for that.
