He did a very thorough and professional job in rerouting our piping. He also made sure the job site was totally clean before he left. He did a great job of explaining everything he was going to do.

Vanko and Boris came to our rental on a Sunday and did an excellent job installing a new water heater on short notice. They were incredibly professional and even warned us about some potential safety hazards we should look out for. Before they left, they setup a water alarm and carbon monoxide detector as well which was awesome. We really appreciate their hard work and willingness to help us out!

Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

Our family moved to the state of Colorado only to end up with wet carpet in our basement. Bell Plumbing was relatively prompt to send a serviceman out during our emergency whom quickly discovered (10 minutes) our sewer line had backed up. No other assistance could be provided until the next day because the proper equipment to snake our sewer line wasn't available. This was not a viable option for my family as we need the issue identified AND rectified immediately. We called a mainstream company who promptly arrived and cleared the sewer line. Bell Plumbing cost us $165 for a total of 30 minutes at our residence (which included 20 minutes of paperwork) and no action to fix the problem during normal business hours-despite being told $165 was the after hours rate. I'm very disappointed with a local business not having more understanding of an awful situation and not having the avaiable resources to fix the problem. I will NOT use this business again.

Brian, Dario and their team installed a new HVAC system for me and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality of service and their professionalism. The install was complex and took place over several days and they were always incredibly easy to work with and it was nice to have them around. The quality is top notch and I’m really pleased. Highly recommended!

Rueben was recommended - but, I assume it was for a newer home.
We purchased a 1950's ranch that had all older piping. We wanted to move the location of the toliet as well as build a new shower pan and relocate the washer and dryer. He was super casual and cool at the bid and then it all went downhill. I was quoted a price of 4200 for the ENTIRE JOB! When I asked him 5 times for the list of the things covered in ENTIRE JOB, I never received it, even though we asked for it 5-6 times. We continued on as we needed work done. When he arrived the first day the whole picture changed. When I referred back to the conversation he acted like he was unaware of any of it. The price kept growing and we were too far in. We them hired a very good GC to come and do all the things that Rueben had told his was in the price and he had to redo almost the entire job. Rueben did not put on blocking plates on any of the new plumbing and charged us triple the cost for work he did not even do. He also installed the wall mounted toliet system wrong on the wall and did not connect the pipes into the right main line.
Additionally, he claimed he would need to re-route the things he did not have to re-route. He claimed to need a concrete company to come to help chisel the hole, even though that was not in the bid. He had our card stored on file (big no no) and just kept charging us.
His crew completely destroyed the brand new wall mounted radiant heaters that we had just has installed a week before. When confronted on this he tried to blame the concrete company that he hired and charged us for.
He is a total scam artist. Then we we confronted him on why he did not put blocking plates on he got very aggressive and claimed he would call the city on us. He takes 2-3 week vacations and cannot take calls on vacation, pretty ironic for someone that knew he was charging and receiving money for work performed not only incorrectly but, also incomplete.
Hiring Rueben is a huge mistake and he will end up costing you money!
I am not sure, but I think part of the reason he never sent an estimate is because this is his game plan. SHADY !

I'm particular about the companies I call to do work for me. I would never hesitate to call Igor. He came in a very timely manner, worked hard and went above and beyond to make sure the problem I had was taken care of. Honest, hard working, timely.

Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

Hyper FLow came to my house with short notice on a holiday weekend. They were very professional and finished the job in a timely. Manner. I would highly recommend them!

Michael came out on extremely short notice to remove a new lake from our backyard. He was very responsive and professional from the beginning. By afternoon our backyard was dry(ish) and running water was restored to the house. He also provided some tips so I can hopefully tackle the job myself next time which was greatly appreciated. Would call again if in need of service.

What an incredible group of people! From Crystal and Holly being so wonderful at communicating from the office and everyone being so punctual!A little back story here, my house was built in 1927 and over the years things have been added here and there. That being the case, my main water supply line from the street to the house was very old, galvanized ½ steel. Needless to say the layout was not obvious. Brian, Ramondo, Chris, and Dennis all put their heads together until the problem was adequately resolved. They never got frustrated with me or the project, it was fun watching them work the mystery. The price didn't change until we determined and agreed that there was some things that were out of the scope of the original bid, which, by the way, was ⅓ the price of the other bids which I received. My water pressure is better than it has ever been here and might actually be up there with the best pressure I've ever had. I can't give these guys high enough praise and review! THANK YOU!
