Bottom line up front - The techs who did the work on my ancient main line were thorough, efficient, detail oriented, clearly explained every step of the Nu Flow liner process and clearly understood what they were doing. Who were they? Derek, Tony and Robert; a pleasure to work with and I hope to see the same team back in the future. In the future you ask? Al, who was the estimator, is a very detailed person, low key and easy to talk to. We all surveyed the completed installation which solved my immediate problems, and looked at the areas that need to be addressed in the future, the under-street service... like I said, ancient main line. Thanks guys, I hope to see you all again to fix the next part.

Outstanding organization. From the moment I walked into their building until their Tech left my home. Very professional in every aspect. No concern about any future problem with plumbing, heat, or electrical because I have Brothers phone number posted on my fridge. Great people. Highly recommended.

Morgan, and Jesus did an amazing job. The kitchen sink drain started leaking grey water into the basement wall. They were able to diagnose the issue the same day I called them and fix things up by the next day. They left the places they worked cleaner than when they found them. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly crew. They definitely made a stressful situation completely painless. Morgan was nice to point out what might go wrong next. I’m a very satisfied customer. I hope I won’t need their services in the near future but if I do I’ll definitely use high 5 plumbing again! I’m very satisfied.

Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

If you would have asked a year or 2 ago I would have highly recommended this company. Not so much now. I called for some follow up advise and was basically told my problem was my own fault. No one likes to be talked down to or told Hyper Flow wont do something for free. By the way I wasn't asking for anything FREE JUST SOME ADVISE! Moving on now would not recommend.** I feel the need to make an addition to this review after Kyles response. My original review was about the condescending response I received not about the plumbing service I received.
