I have never used a plumber before and was not sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. The plumbers were prompt and very friendly. They handled my clogged drain and kitchen sink mess quickly and efficiently. I am happy to recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Scott and Drake performed a gas repair on my finished basement. They were minimally invasive and cleaned up after themselves very well. I must say, not only was their work top touch, their attitude was as well. Both Scott and Drake communicated well with not only myself, but with each other. It was an evening repair job and they both had great attitudes which really goes a long way during such a stressful homeowner issue and difficult repair job. I would highly recommend Brothers, and my hat is off to Scott and Drake for safely and properly repairing my gas line.

When the water heater went out, we had a well known company come and give an estimate. It was very high for basic service. We went on home advisor and Euro Plumbing was one of the companies recommended. They got in touch with us within minutes of our request, came out the next morning, their estimate was much lower than the other company and for a better and bigger water heater. Andal was our tech and he was back within the hour with the water heater and got to work. Excellent job, courteous and friendly. Would recommend this company and would use them again.

We've used Top Shelf for several home projects with more to come. Ryan installed our Nest thermostat and doorbell and Jason installed fans in our bedrooms and some nifty dimmer switches in our kitchen and on the main floor. Not only are these guys super responsive and easy to work with, they're very nice people too. Win-win! Dawn who coordinates the appointments is great - she will always get back to you in a speedy manner.

Keith arrived on time for his scheduled appointment to provide a bid to run a gas line out to our deck. When he completed this task I asked him if he could look at a problem we were having with our refrigerator. Even though this was not why what we called about nor was this his specialty, Keith spent several minutes helping me determine what the problem was and he would not take any compensation for his efforts. Jason was referred to me by a friend. When I called the office to make an appointment, Tiffany gave me good information about what I could expect in terms of cost. When Jason arrived with Jake, they were courteous, put on their little blue booties, and were wearing their masks. I told them I had to leave for work at a certain time and they honored my timeline. We discussed the 2 issues I had, and the cost, and they got to work right away. Jason showed me the final result and were in and out of my home in record time. I found Todd's through online reviews when our water heater went out and started leaking all over the basement. I sent a picture and got a call right away from Mike with a quote and a few hours later I called back to schedule the replacement for the next day. The installer Mike Wrege was exceptional! He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job replacing a tank-less Water heater and Water softner. I compared prices with other companies and they came in way cheaper. From start to finish this company was fabulous and I would highly recommend them!
