Brother's helped our company get back on track when we had some line issues. During the job they were courteous and reliable to communicate with our staff. Rob does a fantastic job of leading his team and was an absolute joy to have around.

Awesome service & work!

I contacted High 5 Plumbing for a quote to install a new hose bib. The location for installing the hose bib was accessible from my crawlspace that has six and half feet of ground to ceiling clearance and full access to existing cold water lines to tap. I was quoted an astonishing $1,819.71-$1,932.07 for parts and labor. The parts for this job would have been in the ball park of $250 and it would not have taken much longer than two hours to complete. That leaves them billing at an hourly rate of $841. Before declining the quote, I took the plumber to my garage where and showed him the worked done by two guys to insulate, drywall, tape/mud, and paint my garage. A job of that magnitude took two and half days to completed and $2,500. The plumber I spoke with was courteous and respectful, so kudos to him and the training he received, but have no idea how High 5 Plumbing is rationalizing charging people such astronomical amounts.EDIT:---------------------------------------------Your technician was at my home for 1 hour and probably spent 1 hour traveling from your office to my home. Most of that 1 hour at my home was spent in the van creating the quote. The multiple quotes I was presented with ranged from $1,819.71-$1,932.07 and I am venturing a guess will be $1,200-$1,300 more than what another plumber is going to charge to complete the work. I hung up on your Service Manager because he was more interested in talking over me and defending what are frankly appalling business practices. I am thankful that I contacted you all for a quote when I did not have an active water or gas leak in my home because I can only imagine the extent of the predatory pricing that would have been done in that scenario.

Very professional. Very friendly. Very prompt and efficient. He evaluated the situation, told me the costs involved, and got right to work. And then thanked me because it was a pretty easy fix. From scheduling the appointment, phone call telling me when the plumber would arrive, to the actual service, I'm very pleased. Five stars all around!

I needed an EV wall connector. The service by Tipping Hat was excellent. Keith was able to do the estimate and installation in my garage in the same day and the price was more than fair. I would recommend their work to anyone looking for a good electrician.

Thanks Flow-Rite, very happy with our new sink. We've had Flow-Rite out multiple times this summer during a remodeling project. Both experiences with Michael and Rob were great.

We had our hot and cold water lines moved prior to installing flooring, then had Rob install the sink once the floors were complete. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I'm happy to shower im my room again, so thank you!

Wowzer Bowzer! Robert did a fantastical job of repairing a leaking pipe over our hot water heater. He is really skilled at his trade & replaced a copper fitting that was needed to do the job correctly.
I was a household appliance tech. for over 40 years & am now retired. It was nice to find a plumber that takes pride in his workmanship as I did with my appliance repair business.
We will be giving Robert a call when our hot water heater replacement time comes, or any other needed plumbing repairs.

Our water heater stopped working unexpectedly on a Sunday night. We called namaste plumbing and they answered promptly and even came and looked at it that same night. I could not recommend this company enough! 10/10
