They were super quick and had my old toilet out and new toilet in within 30 minutes.

Second time we have used them; extremely satisfied with our experiences. Highly qualified and very professional. Josh was our plumbing expert this time and he was beyond great, he explained everything very well and did a wonderful job. Even cleaned up when we told him it was not an issue. I decided to go with this company based off of the reviews and couldn't be any happier that I did.
My water heater went out this morning. I called around 9am and spoke to Dave. He was very professional and asked me to send him some pictures of the unit. I sent them and he was able to get Boris out by Noon. Boris determined the unit needed to be replaced and was able to get the new unit picked up and installed by 2:15pm. They are reasonably priced, very courteous, cleanly and couldn't have provided any better service. I have found the company that I will use moving forward for all of my plumbing needs.

After putting 2 pounds of pasta down my garbage disposal, thinks got backed up. Called High 5 Plumbing and a technician named Caleb came out the same day, he was professional and tidy. It was in the middle of a birthday party but he went right to business. After multiple attempts at snaking the drain, Caleb answered the questions of many people and explained to us the situation and that we would need get the high pressure cleaner to push the clog out.At our next appointment CJ and Seth came to the house- again went right to business and keeping the area clean. Within a short time they had the pipe clog free and water running smoothly. They took the time to educate us on what can go into a garbage disposal, preventative measures to take other than draino, and answered all of our questions.We had a a pleasant experience with all technicians and are very happy with the services.Thank you, team!

Brandon came out to service our HVAC unit and was quick, responsive and very helpful! He even went above and beyond in the servicing of our unit. Great customer service!

Michael is the owner and was AMAZING. I first spoke with Christian on the phone and he provided incredible customer service by answering my questions and demonstrating patience + knowledge. We needed a gas line run to our kitchen to accommodate our new dual fuel range. We called several of the bigger names and got some outrageous bids. We finally found Kris Grimes at Service Made easy. He gave us a very reasonable bid. He did a great job, on time and I will definitely be calling him again whenever I need any plumbing work!

Luther is great. He has helped me on several major plumbing issues over the last 6 months. He is very easy to communicate and problem solve with. Definitely an experienced professional. The only plumber I will call going forward.

Leon was AWESOME. A+ service.

He worked quickly and was able to help us as my husband and I decided to add services. Leon was able to bring our water shutoff valve up (where it should have been), install a gas line to convert our oven to gas, and replace the previous “homeowner hack job” under our kitchen sink that was causing leaks.

We’ll continue to call on Leon for our plumbing needs as they arise and highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing help.

Sharon was able to make it out to our place in LESS THAN AN HOUR to replace a leaking copper pipe on our hot water heater. Very impressed with the turnaround on the job too. Super professional and beats the prices of the big, mainstream plumbing companies. Highly recommend if you have any plumbing repairs you need taken care of.

Marcus, Lamar and the rest of the team at Befort were phenomenal to work with when our AC unit broke and was spilling water into the room underneath. They were able to come check it out within the same day I called. They were thorough, professional, and took the time and care to explain to me what was happening in the AC system and what my potential options are. Paul was professional, responsive, and communicated throughout the process. I called him to help unclog a basement drain. He responded and showed two hours later. He was very honest with his diagnostic and recommended a couple other companies that he trusted and worked with in the past as the repairs were out of the scope of his services. Nate was amazing! He went truly above and beyond to insure my family have a clean safe vehical for our trip. We would likely have been left without a car if he hadn't gone out of his way for us. Not only did he deliver the car to us and make it convenient for us to return it but he was pleasant and helpful in every way.
