I called to schedule an appointment and the phone was answered by a gentleman who wasn’t terribly interested in speaking with me. He asked me if he could return my call and I knew right then he would not be returning my call. But I did say yes please call me back and gave him my phone number. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard back from him. I recommend not dealing with people who aren’t honest on the phone.

Truly awesome. When my water main sprung a leak, I called several plumbers, some of whom I had used before, and John was not only the best price but the only one who spent the time on the phone to explain the job and break down the price for me. It was a no-brainer to hire them. John, Joey, and Dan showed up quickly and on time. They worked tirelessly all day and into the evening, through the pouring rain, to dig a massive trench in my front yard (which was all hardened clay) and replace the ancient lead pipe with rolled copper. They took care to replace the dirt properly so it was settled and close to level by the end. I can't thank them enough. They were polite, respectful, congenial, and extremely trustworthy. It's such a relief to have a go-to plumber now. Epic win.

Nate was very attentive when I contacted him with follow up questions. The quotes from him were also sent within 30 minutes. He was able to send me the quotes with a few pictures I sent him and some questions he asked me.

Overall, I am very happy with the workmanship and price. Balkan plumbing was able to give me the Bradford White water heater I wanted at a much better price than other companies. I also got a military discount.

I would recommend Balkan plumbing to my friends and anybody that wants to save some time and money. The price was fair and affordable. I also got a drip pan included that was plumbed directly to my drain.
