They answered my call after a couple of rings and were at my house within a couple of hours, very responsive and quick (which is what I needed after battling my water heater for days). I probably could have paid someone else less for the same job, but I'm pleased with the quality of work, it comes with a two year warranty, and my plumber dude was respectful, honest, happy to answer all my random plumbing questions, and gimme some guidance on future projects, so what the hell, take my money!

My warranty company sent this plumbing company to my house when I believed my water heater had a leak. After Igor,the plumber, arrived he figured out that my water heater was fine and that my humidifier on the furnace was leaking. Instead of letting my know that this wasn’t covered by my warranty company, he fixed it and then charged me a ridiculous amount. When I expressed my frustration at the now large bill he told me he didn’t know it wasn’t going to be covered until after he fixed it. A true lie if I’ve ever heard one. The worst part is that he charged me an outrageous amount to reattach a hose to the humidifier drain (something I could have easily done). Never use this company. These are the typical service men that like to rake people over the coals.

I called a different company first after searching reviews and after they came by we wanted to get another quote so I called Quality 1st as their service sticker was placed on our water heater as the ones who originally did the install.For this call Pete Duran was our technician and moving forward I would certainly recommend him again in the future. We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.

We called Sharon late one night after discovering an outdoor pipe had burst. He was extremely accommodating, and was able to fix our problem despite it being late in the night. Sharon was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using his company in the future!

Robert came out to answer my call next day. Everyone else I called was 5 days out. He checked a leak associated with an AC draining pipe and was able to quickly get out a clog by basically banging on the pipes. He said it was a common issue and it fixed the problem, and I've had no other issues. He didn't even charge because it was such an easy fix. He's definitely my guy to call next time I have any problem with AC or plumbing.

I was extremely nervous when my air conditioner needed to be replaced earlier this year. I knew it would be an expensive job and, since I live in a condo, working with the HOA is burdensome enough. I am so glad I called Megan with To the T Plumbing & Heating!

Naturally, I wanted to shop around first for the best service. I spoke with 4 different companies and ultimately received 2 quotes - one from To the T and another from Applewood Plumbing and Heating.

Not only was Applewood rude and late, their quote was 4X higher than To the T. I live in a condo and the AC units are on the roof. To the T was able to lift the unit on to the roof through the roof access door. Applewood insisted it would need to be craned up, hence the high estimate.

Bottom line: To the T Plumbing & Heating was on time, honest, professional, and competitively priced.

I had a clogged bathroom sink and Howard showed up when he said he would. In a few minutes he had the clog opened up. Great job Howard!

We would absolutely recommend Done Plumbing! Roscoe was very through and knowledgeable, so was able to trouble shoot and identify the source of our leak, which had caused some damage to our hardwood floors. With any plumbing issues, I would recommend Roscoe and Done Plumbing.

Jacob and Matthew came to fix a broken handle on my master shower. By using some ingenuity, they saved me $1000. They took the same handle from the tub and put it on the shower, with a new cartridge that I couldn't get out myself. Overall, my shower is fixed (after 3 years!) and my wife is happy. I just need to buy a cheap handle for the tub. Overall, I'm very happy with the cost and work done. I will ask for them by name next time.

We had excellent service for a leak and a missing gasket in our tub. The previous owner of our home had done some shoddy plumbing repairs.
Robert was our plumber, he was very respectful and professional and great with our dog. The job cost $496 in total, $43 for the trip out, $70 for the diagnostic, and $453 for the replacement parts and repair. The $70 cost for the diagnostic goes towards the repair
