We had a water heater replaced by Todd's in March and in May it stopped working. We are new home owners and this was out first ever water heater replacement and we were not sure what went wrong. I called Todd's memorial day evening and chris answered to ensure they would come the next day and make sure everything was working. My husband was home to meet Allen and the tech and they discovered it was our sump pump. This was not even Todd's problem, yet they went out of their way to drain the water, light the pilot light and help us move forward. My husband not only mentioned once, but twice how impressed he was with their costumer service. Thank you Chris, Allen, the techs and the lady answering the phone during the day for being so absolutely amazing at your job. It may not always feel appreciated in this day in age, but know that to my husband and I your helpful kindness does not go unnoticed. I would recommend Todd's services any day to anyone. Thank you for all you represent and all the work you do. I wish i could do more than write a review on how great the service was at Todd's.

Today I had Jim Needham Plumbing install a backflow prevention device for a sprinkler system that I'm going to build this year. As much as I would have preferred to install this part of the sprinkler system myself to save money, I definitely wasn't sure about sizing the copper pipe that connects the device to the main water and I wasn't sure about which specific type of backflow preventer to use to meet city requirements and I wanted to make sure this part of the system was to code.I am very satisfied with the installation; Jim Needham Plumbing was very professional and did a great job cleaning up. The backflow device looks great and the hole that needed to be drilled through the brick of my house to connect to the main water pipe was caulked up.I recommend Jim Needham Plumbing!

Justin really saved me last year. I had doctor fix it come out and tell me I needed a whole new furnace/AC. i knew that was bogus and called SN for a second opinion. Justin spent some time working on the unit and made a couple of trips but determined all I had was a closed fire damper and got me up and running. My second opinion saved me over $9,000. Came home on Saturday to find water in my basement. Called around to find all the big guys were booked and would take 2 days to get out to me. Called Drains r Us was told a window they would arrive in and would receive a call before they came. Was called at the exact time I was told and Arxh arrived quickly. He looked over everything and gave me a few options. He was though and friendly. Work was done and cleaned up. Also found that he offers a military discount and is a veteran himself. Great company that I will continue to use.
