Top Shelf came to my home and did an awesome job of installing my HALO system. He explained everything he was doing and why it would be a better water system for our home. He was responsive to our sense of urgency and our needs.

We had our AC, Heater, and Humidifier replaced. Jordan came out and looked at what we needed, calculated our square footage and gave us 3 options to choose from all in one appointment. Once we made our decision dispatch kept us updated before the install team showed up on time for our install appointment. They sent me a picture and profile of the workers so I could recognize them when they got here. Chris, Ricky, and Jordan did an awesome job and installed our new AC, Heater, and Humidifier in one day like I was told they would. The following day Chris Montes came back to verify that we were satisfied with the install. (I had to go to church before they were finished.) Kevin and his team were amazing. Our hot water heater went out Sunday and they were able to get a new one installed by Tuesday. I spoke with Carol in the office and she was so nice and helpful.. WE will definitely be calling them in the future! The price was amazing and the service was top notch!

With an older house & a sewer line that gets tree roots, we need our main line cleaned a few times a year & we always use Jimmy Rooter. Used them for years now. They are consistently good.

They guarantee their work, which is nice for peace of mind. But, because they always do it right the first time, we’ve never had to put that guarantee to use.

They are a small family run business & it’s nice to support a local company.
