Wonderful experience! Christy on the phone was extremely friendly and professional and went above and beyond to get me service the same night, which was amazing. My 9 year old and I would have had no water all night without her doing everything she could to get us service the same night. Greg was the professional that came out and he was very bit as friendly and professional as Christy. He was also extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better team! I would trust them again and will refer to them!

We were in a time crunch with a home that we were selling when the water heater started having problems. We called LT Plumbing and they were able to help us right away. They were very helpful and performed quality work.

SEVERE CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING AFTER WORK FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE.
Louis performed a heater inspection and cleared the heater for use. We then proceeded to get carbon monoxide poisoning the first night in the home (confusion, nausea, headaches, chest pain, severe drowsiness).
Gas Emergency crew from Excel inspected the heater, placed a hazard tag on it, and told us the carbon monoxide were at lethal levels and shut off our gas.
When we contacted Louis to fix his mistake, he was extremely rude, raised his voice at us, and told us he would try to come fix the issue when he had a chance (mind you we had no heat in the middle of winter). When he arrived, 20 hours after we called him, he reportedly fixed it.
As we did not trust him, we had Excel come check the heater again. They placed a yellow tag on it, stating that we could have a potentially lethal leak at any moment and that the workmanship was the worst they had ever seen.
Louis is a dangerous person to allow to enter your home or business. His workmanship puts people's lives at risk and greatly damaged our own health.

Jimmy is the kind of tradesman you hope to stumble upon and then you reccomend to everyone who asks and keep his number on hand for all routine or emergency plumbing jobs. We have had Jimmy out for multiple occasions including yesterday for an emergency flooding situation. His prices are always more than fair and Jimmy will show you the problem. He made sure he completed our job into the night and that our house was safe for that night. Marcy is also a pleasure to schedule with. So call Jimmy for your routine or urgent plumbing need.

We recently had our main sewer line replaced by Green Plumbing Solutions and they were great to work with start to finish.

I had a couple companies come out to snake the drain and scope it and they recommended a replacement of old clay pipes connecting the house to the city main. Their bids were very high. A friend recommended Green to us and James came out and confirmed we needed to replace. His bid was much more reasonable, around 60-70% of the other quotes. They showed up on time, finished the work when they said they would and cleaned everything up. I'd definitely use them again and highly recommend.
