I have nothing but great things to say about King Rooter & Plumbing. At a time when most plumbing companies around Denver wouldn't even pick up the phone these guys were able to make it out in a matter of hours. Their hotshot thawing method is incredible! I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to get water flowing again in our home.

Unfortunately we found that our water line had burst in two spots behind the wall once water was flowing again but Jeff and team absolutely killed it with the emergency repairs and clean up. Meticulous dry wall cuts with spot on precision. If you have an emergency plumbing issue you'd be doing yourself a disservice by calling anyone else. We cannot thank them enough.

What a great business! I called at 8 am on a Monday. They were done with the job by 10 am. That is awesome service. They were very fair with the price as well. I will for sure call them again if I have any other plumbing issues!

Dillon was professional, competent, and was honest. His intent was to fix the problem with a minimum cost to me ie. He did not try to sell any unnecessary repairs. He was a great representative of the company.

During a remodel in 2020-21, Flowrite did the plumbing work for my project per my contractor. During my first night in my home June 2021, my shower backed up, and the toilet overflowed. After calling my contractor he contacted Flowrite. They refused to accept responsibility and come to my home, to try to fix the problem. My contractor had to contact a couple other companies to put a camera down the drain to find the obstruction. A piece of PVC pipe was retrieved. It had been left in the drain when everything was closed up. The plumber with the camera charged my project/contractor $750. Flowrite again refused to pay for this, even though it was their mess-up leaving a piece of pipe in my drain, for my contractor to pay this bill. I would never hire them for any plumbing needs.

Dustin was AMAZING! We had an issue that couldn't be resolved and had dragged on. Dustin came in diagnosed it, told me the steps they would take to fix our issue. By the end of the day all was repaired. Clean efficient service!

I had a water heater go out. Since I had a second one the plumber was willing to just isolate the bad unit instead of pressing me to get a new one on the spot for a lot of money. Appreciate how the technician was not pushy.

7 am toilet issue! Arrived promptly. Fixed the toilet in a snap! Gave me a good quote on my kithchen sink replacement. Gave a host of good tips for the house as the house was vacant for years before i moved in. Very satisfied w the work they did, the attention they gave me, and i'll see them next weekend for a new sink installation! Thanks again Pete! You all have been great!
