employee showed up to drag nasty, wet equipment thought my carpeted house. When I asked about a tarp, they said it was an additional charge. Do NOT believe their site that customer is treated like royalty.

I was impressed with the knowledge and professional quality I received with Richard P. at Brothers Plumbing, Heating, & Electric. The speed at which he diagnosed and proposed a solution for a hidden leak behind a kitchen cabinet convinced me to immediately consider his reasonable bid. He then efficiently completed the repair by bypassing and rerouting the leaking kitchen drain though the cabinet floor and then into an existing operational drain in the crawlspace. His confidence and seasoned experience has convinced me to give him my future business. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing home plumbing repairs.

Andon is without a doubt the most professional, competent plumber I've encountered in all my years. Replaced two water heaters, briefed me on intentions, confirmed job, work was prompt, accurately quoted, clean, he put on shoe covers every time he came into house. John arrived to our house to find a leak behind our shower. An opening arrived up and we were called to see if we wanted him out earlier than scheduled and he was prompt, and professional. He was able to give us an estimate on the spot and the whole experience was so easy. reasonably priced as well. recommend!

The entire interaction felt disingenuous. First, I got a text saying they had been to my house recently about my heating or air conditioning. Not true. They came over a year ago to do electric. The electrician, no longer with them, was fantastic. Anyway, then once we had that straightened out, an “expert” came and looked at my unit and gave me a bid on a new swamp cooler, making awkward comments like that my house was really clean and what nice sunflowers I had. He was young and was probably told to make nice comments, but it felt slimy. His pitch was kind of high pressure, saying “when” not “if” they did the work. Finally he gave me bid. Way more than I had anticipated, which I told him. He then said his boss would send me his “best price” bid. It was a full $1000 less. The whole thing just felt creepy. Too bad, because the electrical work was great!

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Bell plumbing and Heating changed a lot over the years. They have moved locations and now they price gouge for record profits. Rueben was recommended - but, I assume it was for a newer home.
We purchased a 1950's ranch that had all older piping. We wanted to move the location of the toliet as well as build a new shower pan and relocate the washer and dryer. He was super casual and cool at the bid and then it all went downhill. I was quoted a price of 4200 for the ENTIRE JOB! When I asked him 5 times for the list of the things covered in ENTIRE JOB, I never received it, even though we asked for it 5-6 times. We continued on as we needed work done. When he arrived the first day the whole picture changed. When I referred back to the conversation he acted like he was unaware of any of it. The price kept growing and we were too far in. We them hired a very good GC to come and do all the things that Rueben had told his was in the price and he had to redo almost the entire job. Rueben did not put on blocking plates on any of the new plumbing and charged us triple the cost for work he did not even do. He also installed the wall mounted toliet system wrong on the wall and did not connect the pipes into the right main line.
Additionally, he claimed he would need to re-route the things he did not have to re-route. He claimed to need a concrete company to come to help chisel the hole, even though that was not in the bid. He had our card stored on file (big no no) and just kept charging us.
His crew completely destroyed the brand new wall mounted radiant heaters that we had just has installed a week before. When confronted on this he tried to blame the concrete company that he hired and charged us for.
He is a total scam artist. Then we we confronted him on why he did not put blocking plates on he got very aggressive and claimed he would call the city on us. He takes 2-3 week vacations and cannot take calls on vacation, pretty ironic for someone that knew he was charging and receiving money for work performed not only incorrectly but, also incomplete.
Hiring Rueben is a huge mistake and he will end up costing you money!
I am not sure, but I think part of the reason he never sent an estimate is because this is his game plan. SHADY !

The guy did an amazing job and was quick. He stopped the leaking from shower head and fixed the hot water. Overall did an amazing job and responded quickly. Thank you

I was in a rough situation after another reputable plumbing company bailed and cancelled on me the day before they were supposed to start work. Not to mention, there was a deadline. Let’s say I was less than thrilled that I had to start the whole process over, but it had to be done. So I chose to go with Quality First and I couldn’t have made a better choice. I was fortunate to have Charlette, Matt M, Tray, and David help me from setting up for the estimate til they finished the job. Charlette kept me informed and up to date with all my appointments and gave me a precise window of time they would show up. Matt, Tray, and David really outdid themselves. They worked diligently so they can get the work done by the deadline, but with care and quality. Much respect guys. You guys really did me a solid, I owe y’all one. I’ve used different plumbing companies, from local to nation chains, but I’d say it’s safe to say Quality First is in a league of their own when it comes to affordable pricing, but with top tier quality and customer care. So big shoutout and thanks to everyone at Quality First. You guys work as a team and it shows. Also thanks for being so understanding, knowledgeable, and transparent. You guys really made the process as easy and smooth as possible. Not only would I suggest and recommend Quality First to people looking for plumbing services, I’d tell them it’s a NO BRAINER. By the way, I told all my family and loved ones to use them next timeh as well. If that’s not trust and satisfaction, I don’t know what is.

Kris has been very responsive and shows up when he says he will. We had a couple toilet installs and plumbing repairs that were very difficult on a remodel and he did an amazing job . His pricing is very fair and great quality work. Highly recommend !

We installed a brand new tankless water heater with brand new piping the beginning of Dec 2020. The pressure valve is leaking a continuous flow of water. When I phoned the office to ask about repair/replacement they said they only honor a 90 day warranty. The project is 10 months old and the replacement estimate is $650. I asked for a copy of the warranty information and it is not on the website, invoice, anywhere. Get it in writing. If not fixed ASAP we will not have hot water in the coming months. Again, a brand new system was installed 10 months ago.
