RE; Gas Line Installation for Fireplace Daniel, Jeff and Randy did an outstanding job on this project. They were meticulous in their attention to detail and rightly so should take pride in their work. No task was too small for anything other than excellent workmanship. They were considerate of my home, tolerant of my pesky dog and put in nearly 11 hours in one long day to get the job wrapped up. I never had the sense they would ever consider cutting corners. Well done!

Recently, our basement drain backflowed. My husband and I are new homeowners and were very uncertain as to what to do. Additionally, our home was built in the 1950's, so we were concerned of additional problems. We called a plumber we've used in the past, but couldn't get him out for another week.I was nervous to try Quality First Plumbing & Heating since I didn't know much about them. I am so happy we did. We called on a Sunday, and Eli came out that same day. He was very friendly and knowledgable. Plus, he took the time to greet our dog and let her become familiar with his presence. It's those little things that really demonstrate quality service and build rapport. He took a look at the basement and explained a variety of options we could go with. He explained each one, showed us the prices, shared his recommendation, and gave us time to decide. I really like that he gave us his recommendation, but didn't push anything on us.After he was done, he took the time to sanitize his workspace and wherever he walked. He explained a couple ways we could maximize the life of our pipes and gave us the leftover grease destroyer/buildup remover to use before we go to bed. Overall, we are very happy with Quality First Plumbing & Heating. I would highly recommend them to other homeowners. Thank you Eli!

We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.

Had a heating issue and Befort was able to come out next day.

There was no charge to check out what the issue is unlike every other company I called. I was offered a free way to resolve my issue temporarily & also a permanent fix. I went with the permanent fix and didn’t feel like I got taken for a ride on the cost.

Lamar (technician) was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to show me how to troubleshoot in the future. Overall great experience

Ali is very honest and his prices are affordable. We had 2 other places look at our air conditioner & give us quotes. I don't know how I found him, but Ali came out, laughed at what the other guys said, & expertly fixed the problem for half the price. Seriously, he saved us thousands of dollars!!

I would totally recommend Aurora Plumbing Company! Steve was super professional. They came first thing in the morning after I waited all day the previous day to be stood up by another company, and waived the trip charge because of the other (awful) company! Hopefully I don’t need a plumber any time soon but I will call them for sure!

Connor Ryan, from Plumbline Services, came to service a backed up drain problem on 5/30/2017 and what a delight!!! He was knowledgeable; for which I was glad, because I was very, very nervous. I always am with plumbing issues. He was not annoyed when I would ask him to explain things, and believe me I have had others from another plumbing company rush me. Connor was never like this, not once. He was very polite. It was just a very pleasant experience, all-in-all.Terrific service, start to finish, from/with everyone I was involved with at Plumbline, really. I depend on reviews like this, myself, so wanted to write a positive review and recommendation for Connor, Plumbline Services and their Customer Service Reps.

Roscoe did a total overhaul of our kitchen sink plumbing including a dishwasher line and a new faucet. He was on time, worked quickly, and kept us informed of what he was doing. What an excellent job!! That is why we use DONE for all of our plumbing needs. We will ask for Roscoe the next time we need repairs.
