Best Repair Call in Aurora CO

Shelby, did a complete AC system analysis determined that the condenser unit was very dirty and covered with cottonwood, cleaned unit, took pictures of the AC coils showing that they were clean. All system diagnostics good. Still having issues ended up replacing thermostat with new wifi capable Honeywell thermostat. So far so good. Today was only 76 degrees it worked well. The real test will be when it's 90 +.Shelby was great, very professional.

Our water heater went out in the morning and we had a new one installed by the time we ate dinner. Andon was courteous, professional and made extra effort to ensure removal of the old water heater didn’t make a mess in our home. Will definitely call them again if we have any plumbing issues!

Asked for a quote on replacing a ball valve and was repeatedly told I needed a whole backflow system replacement and got a $475 + a pushy $12k furnace and AC upsell quote. It was a 10min job and $12 to replace the ball valve.

Not sure if it’s incompetence or malicious but either way I wouldn’t recommend them.

Although an expensive installation and some delays, the work that was done was fantastic and the professionalism was great. Do not hire this company. I’ve spent close to $50k with these guys over the past 3 years to replace a boiler, sewer line, and have some repairs done in laundry room/bathroom. Kodiak, a project manager, has me bent over a barrel right now because they agreed to move plumbing lines in my bathroom, I paid them $14k, they started work and then said they actually couldn’t move my boiler lines without repiping whole house for another $30-40k. I reiterated they agreed to perform the work, they inspected the exposed lines before agreeing to work, and they are the ones that recommended and installed the boiler 3 years ago ($15k) because of the low cost to maintain, they should have known before taking my money and starting this new job. I’m also frustrated that the initial reason for replacing the sewer line was water backing up in basement, which continued after they replaced the sewer line for $17k (which I questioned needed replacing several times after watching scope)! Kodiak swears to me they’ll make it right and aren’t ripping me off, but has since gone radio silent and passed me along to Billy the supervisor. Billy says he can do 10% off the last project, which I told him is crazy bc they hadn’t completed the work and I expect them to do what I paid for. Billy then said maybe I should just replace my steam boiler since then I wouldn’t need the lines at all. I asked Billy if he’d buy back the steam boiler they sold me 3 years ago, which he would not. I told Billy I’m planning to have another contractor come quote the job to fix their mess and then take them to court to recoup my money. Talked with Billy 5/19 and he was going to take the weekend to think about a solution and call me back Monday 5/22. It’s 5/30 and I haven’t heard back from him yet. I wish they’d just do the work I paid for and treat me fairly, but that is the opposite of what I’ve repeatedly experienced with this company. Save your money and look somewhere else!

LCM HOA called10/7 main line clogged and anyone on that line uses water it comes into my unit including dirty toilet water. 10/13 still not fixed

They installed a hot water heater 1.5 years ago that ended up having a manufacturing defect. They replaced it at no cost, we’re responsive and quick about the whole thing. Was also under warranty so there was no cost to us. The trouble began after the work was complete. The tech returned to inform us we had water pressure that was too high. It was out of range and could cause a lot of problems. He showed us a pic on his phone that he had apparently just took of our high pressure. They quoted us $1300 for a fix. We got a second opinion. And also measured the pressure ourselves. It was not out of range. And it does not cost $1300 to fix such problem. The most generous interpretation of this was that this particular technician was not great. Another interpretation would just be incredulously dishonest and disreputable business practices.Response: Great would love to see that pic with time and date location from your tech. We were home and he showed us a pic (instead of just showing us the actual reading) that he got to after scrolling through his photos. He showed us one before in his roll that was just before a picture of a woman at another location and obviously not taken at our house. But we will get you a photo of the pressure for your records and post it here. If the water heater breaks a second time, I have no intention of having your company back in my residence.

Great experience. We had flooding in the basement. We called all the big name companies Rooter Roter, Benjamin Franklin that say they provide 24 hour emergency service; they don't. We continued our search, and found C4 Plunbing, they took our information and said they would be there in 45 minutes. Mark was the guy that came out, did a great job, explained the work that needed to be done and gave us the estimated cost. When he finished, the cost was actually less that what he said it would be. I would strongly recommend this company

I was having problems with my toilet flushing, called diffrent people who charged me just to come to my home and suggest that my toilet is clogged.. as dumb as that sounds it happens. But then my wife called this company jim needham and Ben Dear born come out on a sunday to come check it out for FREE! He gave me a quote and my wife decided we should go with this deal. He did it within an hour or 2 and double checked everything that was giving us toubles to make sure nothing was messed up. Very professional and very cool dude at the same time! A great technician in his trade and an awesome personality. Would recomend to anyone who has toilet troubles!

Ali is very honest and his prices are affordable. We had 2 other places look at our air conditioner & give us quotes. I don't know how I found him, but Ali came out, laughed at what the other guys said, & expertly fixed the problem for half the price. Seriously, he saved us thousands of dollars!!

I’ve been using this company for years with great results until about six months ago. The last two times I have called them they We’re supposed to give me a call when on route. This didn’t happen.When it’s for myself or one of my rentals it’s not a problem but when I do it for a family friend who is 78 years old and almost blind it’s very much a problem. She did not know where the clean out was or how to tell the tech what to do. And results numerous phone calls trying to figure it out and I had to talk to the tech who is supposed to call me so I could meet him and show him.After asking for a supervisor two different times I finally got a call and they decided to turn my account to a commercial account? That doesn’t make any sense when they’re all residential homes and not commercial buildings?So I said oh great what kind of perks do I get with the commercial account? Absolutely none we’re just going to charge you 2 1/2 times the normal fee of $240 instead of 93? I said what kind of good business practice is that? Dead silence on the line. After talking to the rep, it sounds like they’re going through management issues? You can say that again.The last two or three times I’ve tried to call them early in the morning it had been at least 1 to 2 to 3 days to get a tech out there one in years past it was the same day. I guess it’s time to shop for someone that is looking for referrals and repeat business? Maybe they’re getting too big for their britches.Update: I just heard from Lee the manager. I explained to him the situation. He totally got it and understood and plans to talk with Chris to make sure that everyone is on the same page.I explained to Lee that I had a lot of rentals and help a lot of people and have referred plumbline because of past service excellence.It looks like the Miscommunication has been cleared up. And because Lee did call and seem concerned I will give them another chance.
