Cody was on time, helpful, and respectful. He repaired my hot water heater quickly and charged a very fair price for the services.

Changed out water heater. Quote on phone never wavered! Technician was extremely professional and efficient. Needed expansion tank which was expected and quoted then recommended pan which I was about to request. Changed out all water and gas lines along with venting with no additional cost. Prices were not inflated. Highly recommended!

Top Shelf is great! We had both a pipe in need of repair and electrical wiring fix, and both issues were solved promptly within a week of calling them. We would definitely use them again.

Daniel was good to work with. He came over to evaluate a loose sewer connection and some low flow faucets upstairs. He was very professional and helpful.He said the low flow is caused by a failing water heater. What actually was the problem was dirty aerators. Took 1 min to unscrew them, rinse them out, and reinstall them. Fixed the problem. He advised replacing the water heater which was $3000. Even after replacing the water heater, we would still have the same problem. Replacing the water heater is a pretty low complexity DIY job which I could do but I'll probably empty the sediment out of the water heater and see if I find any other problems. A new water heater at Home Depot is just $600.His advice on the leaky sewer connection was also pretty straightforward. Just cut a square hole in the wall, cut above and below the leak, replace the pipe, and close the hole. $1000 for that. I'll spend the money on tools and DIY it but I'll also do the sheetrock repair which wasn't included.He also wanted to upgrade us to a tankless gas water heater for $11800. He had some random other hardware to replace and install but I'd need to research if those are actually needed. Total was $6000 without the tankless water heater or $15000 with it. Total tool and hardware cost for me will probably be less than $400 including the $49 for Daniel's visit.

We were not pleased with the service at Colorado Sewer Service. We were charged twice for the same problem they came to fix. One worker came to unclog a drain in an apartment, could not fix the issue, so they sent a second worker for the same problem. When the second worker tried to unclog it, he couldn't get it to open up either in the first unit and decided to go into the upstairs unit to try from there. This worked and he got the drain unclogged, but when we were billed it was $245 instead of $122. We called to inquire about this and the lady on the phone told us in an uncaring way that because they entered two apartments there's two billing services, regardless of whether it is the same issue or not. We were very frustrated and won't be returning to CSS.

Luther is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Other plumbers were overcharging for the job and he was able to get it done quickly and charge an affordable price. Definitely will be using his services in the future.

We have lived at this same home for 47 years. Little did we know that the Main Drain under the basement floor to the Septic Tank was in very bad shape. Frank, Kimball, Chad, & Ulysses came through for us in diagnosing the problems, cleanout in a timely manner, and total repair of the old iron pipes by insertion of the new technology liner that adheres to the inside of the old pipe making it new, again. And, they put two stacks outside for future drain cleanout access. The price was pricey for us; but, fortunately we did work through all that. We are most thankful that the work was done before winter and it comes with a Lifetime Warranty document that is transferrable should we ever sell the house. We would recommend these professionals.

Leon was great! He came to our church to identify a water leak and was able to acquire all needed parts and get us back up and running the next day. He identified other items to take care of now to prevent future issues as well. I appreciate his attention to detail and I would highly recommend.
