I had the pleasure of having CJ Vigil do the work in my home. He assessed the situation and offered me four options to choose from. He was very knowledgeable and we discussed my situation and came up with exactly what I would need and within my budget. He had a keen eye for detail and did not stop until the job was done to his satisfaction. He was friendly and tolerant of my very barky dog! I would highly recommend this awesome young gentleman to anybody to have work done in your home.

The Bell team of plumbers were timely, helpful, courteous and most importantly did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time.

I have used this company alot, both years ago and more recently. As a general rule we get good solid service of snaking out sewer lines at a reasonable price. Most recently we had technician George who did a great job and has been doing it for years. It's not rocket science. If you get a less experienced technician, he may not be as familiar with the subject of sewers, but he can still manage to get the job done and get the blockage cleared.

I had a job moving an electrical outlet for a cooktop hood, and it needed to be done ASAP. All tipping and personnel were very responsive and the job was done on the day I contacted them. The installer was very professional and did a great job with the move.

My warranty company sent this plumbing company to my house when I believed my water heater had a leak. After Igor,the plumber, arrived he figured out that my water heater was fine and that my humidifier on the furnace was leaking. Instead of letting my know that this wasn’t covered by my warranty company, he fixed it and then charged me a ridiculous amount. When I expressed my frustration at the now large bill he told me he didn’t know it wasn’t going to be covered until after he fixed it. A true lie if I’ve ever heard one. The worst part is that he charged me an outrageous amount to reattach a hose to the humidifier drain (something I could have easily done). Never use this company. These are the typical service men that like to rake people over the coals.

I cannot speak highly enough for this company! We had a leak in a shower faucet that was causing drywall damage with very old (1940s) antique plumbing and fixtures. We had 2 other plumbing companies come out before them, the first quoted us at nearly $3000 for the repair, the second (who started some work but we found that he did not seem to know what he was doing so we called Professional Plumbers Denver instead) quoted us at about $1500 and told us he wanted to go through our shower tile instead of our drywall which would have been a pain and very expensive to restore. We called Professional Plumbers Denver on a Saturday and they promptly sent out Lance the next day. Lance did an amazing job and has a great eye for detail. He fixed everything the way that would stand the test of time (soldering pipes instead of just placing Sharkbite fittings). He even offered to rebuild our antique shower fixture if we wanted (we declined and modernized). On top of everything, he fixed our broken/sticky storm door for free. The whole thing cost us $600, saving us not just for the plumbing work but also the potential tile damage the other guy wanted to cause. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone. Stick with small local companies, we learned the hard way to not contact the large ones.

This past Friday I had Billy from Quality First out to fix a sewer blockage issue I had.First the good. They were rapid in arriving and communicative about the schedule. They diagnosed and fixed the problem with great zeal. They were straightforward in what they were doing and transparent in what they found.Now the bad. Really, this comes down to two things. First is just a warning, though good they are pricey in getting it done. Both the work I had done and follow on work estimated were spendy. What I needed done was not cheap, but they are high in general..Second, there was a somewhat negligent attitude about the process. They are the only plumber I've had come or go without shoe covers; they removed a toilet (cleanly I'll admit) without protractor the area (carpeted) from debris. Most notably, they removed the drain line from the washer to look at getting in through there and failed to replace it, so while they did fix the flooding issue I had they caused another.

Great service! Went above and beyond! Did what what they said they would do and then some! Showed up on time! Highly recommended!

It was a relief talking to an honest tech for a change.Etta May obviously has a lot of experience in water treatment systems and answered a lot of questions that Rain soft never did, or would.Although our current system is working to specification at this time, if we ever do need a new one Etta May at Plumbline will be the person we call.

Service gentleman was very respectful, knowledgeable and was able to come out early to help with our heating issues. Will use agin in the future
