Best Plumbing Emergency in Aurora CO

Our plumber was terrible and overpriced. First off, he gave us a quote of over $900 for some simple plumbing work. This was more then we paid for similar services. We were immediately able to talk him down, but my wife accidentally closed the Payment window and noticed he had checked the price of our house out on Zillio before giving us a quote. We live in kind of a fancy area and he obviously charged us a “house tax”.

He did what was expected plumbing wise but did not finish sealing the outside fixture he replaced. When we asked he said “we don’t do that”. Again this was a first and for such an expensive service, it was unexpected. Don’t use this service if you are in an expensive area and be wary of lazy plumbers.

Issac was outstanding he explained every detail and spend extra time on site to assure the system was running properly, this was a return visit from work done June 5 by another tech. The previous work overlooked making sure the system was operating prior to leaving. I will add the prior call was because my fan on the unit wasn’t working. Not sure if the prior tech should have assured the AC was 100% prior to leaving so Isaac was sent as follow up. Thx Isaac

I had a fantastic experience Bell Solutions. The technician, Jon Watson, was trustworthy and took the time to explain in detail potential problems and solutions. He really did a great job. The whole experience from booking to end was smooth and very professional.

We found Flow-Rite through homeadvisor and have used them for years because they're genuine, kind, honest people and have always given us a great price for fantastic work. They deserve more than they charge for their integrity alone! Ruben (the owner) is always available and quick to help--even when we had a leaky ceiling in the early hours of the morning. Rob has taken care of us several times when we've needed drain cleaning--and has taught us how to take care of our drains to avoid future clogs (don't use powdered dishsoap with our hard water bc it causes buildup, and use green gobbler in our kitchen about every 6 months-1year to keep things flowing). He's educating us out of a job, haha! Ruben personally took the time to chat with me and give me his honest advice when we needed a water heater. He gave me the best estimate out of two other companies, answered all of my questions, answered some that I didn't even know to ask, and even a great Cuban restaurant recommendation! Eddie and Juan replaced my water heater in an hour and were super sweet. Eddie even saved me $20 on a drain when he pointed out how unlikely it was that we would need it with the drain inches away from the heater. It's one thing to find a solid company that does great work, and another to find good people that you can trust--and I believe I've found both at Flow-Rite!

These guys were great! We specifically worked with Garrett who was very professional, on time, and kept us updated with everything. He showed us camera footage of our pipes (before and after), kept me posted on when he would arrive/leave, kept me up to date on everything that would be happening, answered all of my phone calls and questions. There work was great, quick and helpful! Highly recommend!

Professional Plumbers Denver did an excellent job repairing a sewer line blocked by tree roots. The work was done promptly and efficiently. The hard-working crew cleaned up and left my yard looking as if no digging had been done.

Thomas came out after my emergency call on a Sunday and made quick work of the critical first step of my very nasty issue. I found out I had a broken sewer line that goes underneath my home through my crawl space, which likely had been an issue for some time. This means Thomas had to brave literally working in a cesspool and he did it with conviction and a smile. Tip of the cap to Thomas, I'm incredibly grateful he does what he does. Great response time, great work all around!

I wouldn't use anyone but Phillip. He's honest, knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. He doesn't try to sell you service you don't need.

Kris was very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He worked quickly and efficiently. Kris called ahead, was on time, and did a great job not only fixing my tub's pipe, but he was also very accommodating and cleaned up after himself. Overall exceptional experience and service! My HOA called to fix our gas leak. Did a great job. Very professional and fast! Wil be using again.

I called him on a Tuesday for a tub leaking into my laundry room. He said to text him to confirm a time and he'll get back to me. Told me the next day at 8am that he could come by between 1-3pm. No call no show. I texted asking what time he thought he could come by. He apologized and said between 4-6. He then texted me at 5:50 saying he was 30 minutes from my house.

At 6:50 I finally told him I didn't want his services.

Much like that other 1 star review, feels like he decided my plumbing issue was too small to be worth his time.

I wish he would have just referred me to some one else. I took time off of work to be available and instead wasted 7+ hours of my day and evening.

Warranty company assigned this service provider to fix my toilet. Justin, the manager or supervisor, said he arrived at my home and knocked and rang the doorbell. I did not hear them. Did he attempt to call me to see if I was home? No. When I called him 20 minutes later he was very rude, unprofessional, and said he would not come back that day. When I attempted to call the office they said he is the supervisor and that I was basically out of luck. Unacceptable, and terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.
