Plus they were $30 cheaper for the initial visit. Our tech Adrian diagnosed the issue very quickly and had our unit working with no issues. He also gave a lot of good information on what to expect with older units and made sure everything else was in working order before leaving. Absolutely would use this company again.

I was way over charged by this company. The repair they preformed took a little over 1 hour.
Main water shutoff valve froze so needed to replace it.
Was charged $1300 for this simple to do job. I am a senior on a fixed income, they knew they had me over the barrel.
Called them up to registered a complaint she did not want to here it.
Never again!

Rashad and his crew handled a hand dig in a crawl space that went at least 8' down by 3' wide by 15' long to fix an internal sewer pipe that was bellied. They completed the job which passed the strictest inspection standards. Rashad was professional from the first reach out to the very end with a great hardworking ethic and patience of a strict deadline throughout which is a rarity these days.
