Best Metro Plumbing Repair in Aurora CO

We had Robert come out to assess the reasons why we’ve been getting pinhole leaks in our copper pipes. He checked numerous things and found a few culprits that could be addressed in a cost effective manner. He was very knowledgeable and found some things that two previous plumbers didn’t even check/notice. Rather than having a repair needed every couple of months, we are hopeful that dealing with the root of the problem will now prevent further leaks. His expertise was very much appreciated!

Incredibly professional plumber who does great work!

My warranty company sent this plumbing company to my house when I believed my water heater had a leak. After Igor,the plumber, arrived he figured out that my water heater was fine and that my humidifier on the furnace was leaking. Instead of letting my know that this wasn’t covered by my warranty company, he fixed it and then charged me a ridiculous amount. When I expressed my frustration at the now large bill he told me he didn’t know it wasn’t going to be covered until after he fixed it. A true lie if I’ve ever heard one. The worst part is that he charged me an outrageous amount to reattach a hose to the humidifier drain (something I could have easily done). Never use this company. These are the typical service men that like to rake people over the coals.

Everyone was very kind and professional and respectful. The work was great. It was completed in a timely manner and it has lasted. Good quality work. Bruce took his time to do what was necessary to permanently correct the problem I was experiencing.

Absolutely pathetic responsiveness and attitude! My appointment window was from 8-9AM... Didn't receive a call from the technician until 9:30AM and was told the technician would be out at noon- THREE HOURS LATER THAN SCHEDULED! Worst part, Professional Plumbers was unwilling to even take $50 off my bill or work with me in any way and were absolutely terrible to deal with. I work in a service industry and was utterly disappointed with Professional Plumbers. I would never use them again and highly recommend you don't either!

Jordan was great. He took the time to answer all of our questions, gave us multiple options for approaches to our job, and did the work well. We wouldn't hesitate to call Aspen Meadows for any plumbing needs.

Brian was incredibly professional and efficient. He identified the problem immediately, but was thorough to explore and make sure we had no leaks or other damage. He also did a free inspection of all our sinks, toilets, faucets, and showers to let us know if there was anything to keep our eye on. I highly recommend Brian!

I needed someone to test my backflow; I also had some issues with my sprinkler system. They were very prompt in their response, came out quickly, were honest with their assessment, and got the work done at a fair price. Would absolutely recommend to others.

Came out to check on a problem with a shower valve. Fixed the issue on the spot for a reasonable price. Courteous and professional, highly recommend.

John is amazing! I can honestly say that he blew me away when I least expected it. I was given his name as a referral from a coworker because of the great work he did and how knowledgeable he is at his trade. Not only did he save me a ton of money, he was kind enough to guide me through the steps to fix something that was actually quite simple...and all over the phone. Most companies would have taken every opportunity to charge the maximum amount, but not John. He was very upfront about what the charges would have been but since I seemed to have a little bit of brains, he had no problem encouraging me to fix it myself. He most definitely has to be one of the most honest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I can hands-down say that I would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing need...especially if you live near the south Aurora area.

Super happy with Jimmy Rooter. His wife takes the appointments and she was great to deal with... called me to let me know that he was running 30 mins late. Appreciate that. Jimmy himself did great work and really cleaned out some drains we've had issues before with and that others have done band-aid type fixes on. Gave me a good deal on all 4 drains. Will definitely use again in the future and highly recommend.
