Our shower stopped being reliable on its temperature. Johnny was there and ready to repair it within 24 hours (it wasn’t an emergency). Johnny was highly professional and friendly (he even had treats for my dogs!). He was able to identify the issue and repaired it quickly. I love working with Brother’s because everyone they send out it professional, highly qualified and friendly.Brent did a great job of inspecting the plumbing throughout my house and taking care of some drains that were slow. He also increased the water pressure in our house to allow us to have some pressure on our top floor where the showers are. YEAH!Another year, another great inspection. Greg discovered an issue that should have been caught during the final build inspection or the house inspection prior to me purchasing the house. He thoroughly documented that issue so that I can go to the builder and have the issue corrected by them.

From the initial phone call, to cleaning up after the project was skillfully completed (less than 24 hours later) this company has been nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommend their services and wish I could have given them six stars instead of five. Val was professional, efficient and pleasant. Will surely use them again!

The technician Steven was amazing. He was on time, wore shoe covers (which I greatly appreciate) and was clean, explained the whole process of scoping our lines and even gave me the option to watch it so I could fully understand what and where the problems were, and most importantly was honest with me when I asked how their quote for this big repair compared to other local plumbing companies. All in all it was a great experience dealing with High 5!

Just had Todd Sweet from Bell to my home to fix a leaky toilet. He arrived earlier, which was awesome. He quickly identified and fixed the issue and made a recommendation of another item that I needed to take care of... would definitely recommend Todd from Bell Plumbing and Heating to anyone!

Rueben was recommended - but, I assume it was for a newer home.
We purchased a 1950's ranch that had all older piping. We wanted to move the location of the toliet as well as build a new shower pan and relocate the washer and dryer. He was super casual and cool at the bid and then it all went downhill. I was quoted a price of 4200 for the ENTIRE JOB! When I asked him 5 times for the list of the things covered in ENTIRE JOB, I never received it, even though we asked for it 5-6 times. We continued on as we needed work done. When he arrived the first day the whole picture changed. When I referred back to the conversation he acted like he was unaware of any of it. The price kept growing and we were too far in. We them hired a very good GC to come and do all the things that Rueben had told his was in the price and he had to redo almost the entire job. Rueben did not put on blocking plates on any of the new plumbing and charged us triple the cost for work he did not even do. He also installed the wall mounted toliet system wrong on the wall and did not connect the pipes into the right main line.
Additionally, he claimed he would need to re-route the things he did not have to re-route. He claimed to need a concrete company to come to help chisel the hole, even though that was not in the bid. He had our card stored on file (big no no) and just kept charging us.
His crew completely destroyed the brand new wall mounted radiant heaters that we had just has installed a week before. When confronted on this he tried to blame the concrete company that he hired and charged us for.
He is a total scam artist. Then we we confronted him on why he did not put blocking plates on he got very aggressive and claimed he would call the city on us. He takes 2-3 week vacations and cannot take calls on vacation, pretty ironic for someone that knew he was charging and receiving money for work performed not only incorrectly but, also incomplete.
Hiring Rueben is a huge mistake and he will end up costing you money!
I am not sure, but I think part of the reason he never sent an estimate is because this is his game plan. SHADY !

I have used this company alot, both years ago and more recently. As a general rule we get good solid service of snaking out sewer lines at a reasonable price. Most recently we had technician George who did a great job and has been doing it for years. It's not rocket science. If you get a less experienced technician, he may not be as familiar with the subject of sewers, but he can still manage to get the job done and get the blockage cleared.

LCM HOA called10/7 main line clogged and anyone on that line uses water it comes into my unit including dirty toilet water. 10/13 still not fixed

I found Service Made Easy on Nextdoor and initiated contact via text. We are in a digital economy today and legacy plumbers that work strictly off phone calls don't get my business. I am busy and use digital communication channels. Kris was super compatible with this, giving me quotes, requesting pictures digitally all via text. This is the way.

I am a stickler for details and want to know exactly WHAT is going to be done on the repair and Kris was very attuned to that, explaining everything in very fine detail.

His quote beat all the other plumbers in the area and instead of other plumbers telling me a day and a time range, Kris gave me an exact time that he would show up and he was right on time with another plumber, Laith.

I was very concerned about drywall damage to the wall and Kris reassured me that the access they cut would be done in a very neat manner to make it easy for the drywall repair to take place. True to his word, the drywall removal was done with a high level of precision.

The issue was with two sink drains being too high. They were able to efficiently cut the pipes, lower them, install new P-traps, pitch the drains correctly and Laith even found the main vent pipe was under immense tension when the house was built, and he took care of that for no charge since it was an adjoining pipe. They cleaned up after themselves like they were never there.

Laith even recommended a drywall company they have used in the past who showed up two days later and took care of the drywall repairs and texturing.

Super-fast, super professional, more modern acumen in plumbing knowledge than the older plumbers in the area who are critical and haven't kept up with the times. I also appreciated the high velocity on texting responses with accurate and fair pricing. Give them a shot for your next plumbing project, you will not be disappointed.

Robert was very conscious of the fact that I could not live in my house til the pipe split was fixed. He altered his schedule to get hear as soon as possible and got the job done in a way where it will not split again. He also fixed a couple of other issues that would have been separate calls.
