They came and did a camera in my basement because it was backing up. They were professional and explained what was going on. I apreciate the crew that came out. Update! I needed some pictures of what they did for the HOA. Their office staff is the worst. They have bad attitudes and they are not efficient. I call today (after several emails) the lady told me it was my fault that I didn't ask for pictures. And I would have to pay another fee for them to come back out and take pictures. That I should know about plumbing.... I thought you were the experts.

Was told we need an A/C replacement by another company. The Brother’s team was able to fix the a/c, and educate on how to maintain efficiency of the unit without a full replacement.

Scheduled an appointment weeks in advance to have our evaporator cooler turned on. Day of the appointment, Bell Air no called & no showed. They still have yet to return a call on a new time slot to reschedule. This was the same company we paid thousands of dollars with a year ago to install. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this organization, once they have your money, they do not care. Totally unprofessional.

LCM HOA called10/7 main line clogged and anyone on that line uses water it comes into my unit including dirty toilet water. 10/13 still not fixed

Sam was right on time. He explained the situation with my heating problem very clearly. He explained the possible fixes and their costs clearly. He fixed the problem completely. We are very happy to have used Quality First and especially happy that they sent us Sam.

Avery was awesome! I had a refrigerator leak and he showed me exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. He also found mold within our crawl space that I would have never found myself. We have small children and Avery was very persistent on the importance of mold clean up due to safety risks. He was able to provide a great estimate. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend Avery to anyone needing plumbing services.

Leon was AWESOME. A+ service.

He worked quickly and was able to help us as my husband and I decided to add services. Leon was able to bring our water shutoff valve up (where it should have been), install a gas line to convert our oven to gas, and replace the previous “homeowner hack job” under our kitchen sink that was causing leaks.

We’ll continue to call on Leon for our plumbing needs as they arise and highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing help.
