Peter was great. He replaced the busted pipe to our sprinkler system that froze over the winter and figured out what caused the issue and corrected that as well. He also tackled a separate issue we were having with our tub while he was there. Love the two hour window and he was right on time. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment I first called Bell Home Solutions until the work was complete just 22 hours passed. After months of trying to get some to get this job done, it was a very pleasant surprise. The technicians were extremely professional and polite. From here on, Bell Home Solutions will be my first call.

Very difficult to coordinate with and dont fix problems well. This will be my second time within 2 weeks where they have come out to try unclogging my bathtub drain. Last time they did not show up within the time window they promised so I had to wait around the house for an extra 2 hours longer than expected. Let's hope they show up on time and fix the problem tomorrow, but I have low expectations based on their previous reputation.

Great job by Chris and his helpers. They explained the differences between the various options for replacing our hot water heater in very clear terms and allowed us to make the best decision for us.

Kris was amazingly professional and got two jobs done that we needed last-minute (same-day service). He was even willing to run to the store to pick up our new faucet. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have hired Rooter Guy (Manny was awesome too) and they have always been super professional and walked me through the fixes and potential solutions, including the quick-fix and the professional fix. If you have anything plumbing related, you definitely need to call Rooter Guy!

I called this company and explained my air conditioning situation, including what another HVAC company had done last year Seemed nice enough and reasonable: around $43 to show up and another $70 to diagnose the problem. I made an appointment with them for a 1-5pm window. At around 10:30 someone called to say he could be at my house in 30 minutes, not the most convenient since I would have to drive in from work and then drive back.

The person who met me was from a different company called Time and hadn’t been told anything about the problem. (Is “Denver Plumbing Consultants an actual HVAC company or do they just contract with other companies?) I told him what I knew and showed him my service bills from last year. He didn’t turn anything on or and barely even looked at the system, but started to explain the technical details of all the things that COULD be wrong (although it was actually pretty simple — leaking refrigerant) and said just finding the leak would START at $1,200. I told him thanks but no thanks and tried to pay the $43 for the visit. He said I’d have to pay the $113. I refused — he had been there for 5 minutes, didn’t even turn the thing on, and didn’t quote an actual price! He refused to take any money at all, left in a huff, and said it had been a “learning experience.“
