We had a plumbing issue and needed help. Johnny was right on time addressed the issue and was on his way. He was super friendly and didn’t mind our new puppy either!

Tipping had responded quickly to my call and investigated the water heater issue. But they quoted $5K to replace a 29 gallon water heater in an 800 SF condo. I called some others and had the work done by a different plumber for less than half that. I feel like they'll gouge you if they can. Will not call them back again.

I live in an apartment complex and my hot water and furnace went out over the recent polar vortex storm. Our complex maintenance team was unable to perform the repair and Quality First Service Group came out to do the repair. Carson and Phil were both exceedingly professional, kind, and responsive. They entire system was eventually repaired and these two gentlemen worked nonstop to complete the job. They were courteous of our space, very easy to work with, and got the job done. We’ve been without heat and hot water for 5 days and we are so thankful for their work. Thank you Carson and Phil for your exceptional skilled trade! Five out of five stars, would recommend.

This is one the most professional service calls I've ever had. I had a pump go out in my furnace and they were able to come out emergently and fix it quickly and inexpensively. They cleaned up after themselves, were super polite and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them!

Dont pay attention to any bad reviews, this company is great! We had an emergency pipe leak and it was handled in the best way possible from all staff members including overnight/after hours.We will always be returning to Plumb Line Services for any needs or emergencies we may have in the future. The technician who came out to do the repair (Brian McMahan) was 5/5.
