My stepmother needed to have her main drain line cleaned. The service we received from this company was fantastic. The person who came, Alan, was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. I needed to call Alan later to discuss our problem and he was responsive and gave good advice. He truly went above and beyond to help us. I was able to use their Services 2 times in one month.

First, I had a drip leak from our Pressure Regulating Valve attached to our main water line in our basement. Luther was able to come out and fix this within an hour once he had the right parts. Since then that issue has been resolved and the water pressure in the home remained at an ideal level.

Second, the drainage PVC from our 2nd floor bathroom sink began having a drip leak, enough to have a small area of the drywall and pain bubble. Luther was able to come in within 24 hours of contacting him and fixing this issue with 2 hours.

I would recommend his services to anyone. Thus far he is 2 for 2 in leaks in my home.

Great guys. We had a broken 10-year-old water heater. Allan gave us options - fix the problem and the heater might last another few years or replace it and get the peace of mind of knowing you've got at least another 10 years before you have to think about it again. When we opted for the replacement they were able to get it done the same day and the price of the job was very reasonable. They only work with the best products including Bradford White water heaters which are only available to professionals, are made in America, and their warranty is one of the best in the business. They're a little more expensive than those available at a big box store, but you get what you pay for. Think about it. If you have a catastrophic failure of your water heater the free bucks you saved getting a cheaper heater will be a fraction compared to the cost of a flooded basement.

This company is great to work with from the sales representative to the installers. In a cramped space and with a complicated house, they installed a furnace and water heater leaving the situation better than they found it. They put rugs down everywhere so as not to damage floors and were respectful of my home.
