My water heater was leaking. Got a recommendation from a family member for Euro Plumbing. Called them that afternoon and they were able to schedule me for the next day. Fast, professional service. Way to go Boris! Awesome company.

Great customer service from start to finish. Greeted warmly on the phone early this morning after I realized there was no warm water for a shower. Scheduled an appt for Monday, but was reprioritized for today based on severity of issue. Received phone call status updates and a text and email when the technician was en route - including a photo so I knew who to expect, and a little bio about him. Technician was courteous, thorough, logical, informative, no pressure and fixed it quickly. Excellent service. Definitely recommend!!

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

We started this process with Amber giving us an estimate and right from the beginning she was awesome. We got more information from that estimate than anyone else had. After that we went with them and it was a great experience. The entire team was beyond friendly and super professional. The installation was not only scheduled very quickly but completed quickly as well. Hands down they are the place to go with from repairs to new installations.

We discovered our leak in the crawl space at 10:00 on Friday night. Turned off our water to the house, got our towels and buckets out. My husband called early Saturday morning and Robert was here at 9:30. He cut into couple places in the drywall and found our leak very quickly. Fixed it right up. Was very friendly, very clean work, and we were very pleased with him. He will be our go to plumber when we need something!! My husband already has a couple things he wants to do in the next few months… and we will be calling asking for Robert.
It’s hard to find someone that you can feel comfortable with and trust and we were very pleased with todays service.

If you would have asked a year or 2 ago I would have highly recommended this company. Not so much now. I called for some follow up advise and was basically told my problem was my own fault. No one likes to be talked down to or told Hyper Flow wont do something for free. By the way I wasn't asking for anything FREE JUST SOME ADVISE! Moving on now would not recommend.** I feel the need to make an addition to this review after Kyles response. My original review was about the condescending response I received not about the plumbing service I received.

Michael who is the owner is a very nice guy. He answered our call this morning and was at our house and had our problem fixed by the afternoon. Almost all the other places were 3 days to a week out. Reasonable up front pricing is a big deal for me. No tricky price changing or anything like that. He fixed our hot and cold water pipes coming into the kitchen sink. The lines and handles and everything he did is a big upgrade to the cheap stuff the home builders used. He did a great job, cleaned up everything after he was done and wore the shoes covers even when walking around our home which I liked a lot. I will recommend him to my family and friends. I called him on a Tuesday for a tub leaking into my laundry room. He said to text him to confirm a time and he'll get back to me. Told me the next day at 8am that he could come by between 1-3pm. No call no show. I texted asking what time he thought he could come by. He apologized and said between 4-6. He then texted me at 5:50 saying he was 30 minutes from my house.

At 6:50 I finally told him I didn't want his services.

Much like that other 1 star review, feels like he decided my plumbing issue was too small to be worth his time.

I wish he would have just referred me to some one else. I took time off of work to be available and instead wasted 7+ hours of my day and evening.

They installed a hot water heater 1.5 years ago that ended up having a manufacturing defect. They replaced it at no cost, we’re responsive and quick about the whole thing. Was also under warranty so there was no cost to us. The trouble began after the work was complete. The tech returned to inform us we had water pressure that was too high. It was out of range and could cause a lot of problems. He showed us a pic on his phone that he had apparently just took of our high pressure. They quoted us $1300 for a fix. We got a second opinion. And also measured the pressure ourselves. It was not out of range. And it does not cost $1300 to fix such problem. The most generous interpretation of this was that this particular technician was not great. Another interpretation would just be incredulously dishonest and disreputable business practices.Response: Great would love to see that pic with time and date location from your tech. We were home and he showed us a pic (instead of just showing us the actual reading) that he got to after scrolling through his photos. He showed us one before in his roll that was just before a picture of a woman at another location and obviously not taken at our house. But we will get you a photo of the pressure for your records and post it here. If the water heater breaks a second time, I have no intention of having your company back in my residence.

This company is a JOKE! Our basement had water backup and Home Advisor sent this company to us. They did camera found out pipe was broken. So they dug up the concrete floor. BUT They charged us when work was not fully done. And claimed they have no idea on how to make concrete smooth. LOL! Here are the photos to show everyone the concrete they finished with incredible cracks everywhere and super bumpy. Also, they over charged us by $50!

I have used Sharon twice now in the last two months. I first used him on a burst water spigot on a rental property. He came out within 90 minutes on a Sunday morning and had the spigot replaced (and a shut-off valve installed) within a very short time. He was able to work around the water remediation team and we had the water back on for the tenant within a short time.

I was so impressed with his service, professionalism, and responsiveness, that I called him when I had an issue with the kitchen drainage pipe in my own home that was backing up, but on a sporadic basis. I had had one of the big outfits out twice and they had not been able to resolve the issue and kept trying to sell me services I didn't need. I had Sharon come over to check out the issue, but we were unable to recreate the issue when he was here. He didn't charge me for the visit and told me to call him the next time it acted up. A week later the problem came back. He came right out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He didn't try to upsell me and charged a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend Sharon and Golden Hands Plumbing. He's fair, honest, knowledgeable, and a good guy.

We had a broken water pipe and had water leaking into the basement. We called many plumbing companies and could not find anyone who could commit to coming the same day. We called Lukenbuilt and their plumber arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the pipe. Thank you so much! We highly recommend this company.

Jason was FANTASTIC! Very knowledgeable and professional. He repaired what he could do. So that we could have hot water for a few days until a new water heater could be installed. He kept me informed along the way and was very conscientious. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

We had a burst pipe in the crawl space of our basement. Small space, couldn't turn off the water to the house, extremely limited access to the pipe to fix. Mark came in and within an hour and a half had replaced the main shut off valve, repaired the pipe, and really saved the day. Very professional, very quick, reasonable prices. Would highly recommend!
