Their technician David arrived within the time window expected, was kind and professional through our interactions. Found the issue with the furnace, and took care of it. Showed us how to change our own filter (previous company’s installers had not!). Also added value to the visit by thoroughly checking the furnace out to make sure it was operating safely before her left. Kudos an thanks again!

Boris was exceptional! Our time window started with a 3 hour time frame (so much easier to work with than a full or half day time frame) and then he called when he was half an hour away to let us know. When he got here he explained to us why our water heater had gone out and we discussed pricing before he did anything. Installation was very quick and he took care of our carpets by wearing booties and laying tarps down so that nothing would get on the carpet. Once it was installed he took the time to show us everything he'd done (including fixing a few items that we didn't realize needed repair) and walked us through maintenance so that we can extend the life of our water heater. I was SO impressed with everything, start to finish, including the price! Definitely a lot lower than we were anticipating, which was the cherry on top. We can't say enough how grateful we are to this company responding so quickly and getting to our house just as fast. 10/10 we HIGHLY reccomend this company!!

I called on Christmas Eve and they were able to schedule me for the day after Christmas. My tech, John, was polite, informed and detailed about all aspects of this job. The job turned out to be way more complex and he kept me informed every step of the way. The additional techs, Dominick and Jesus, were also polite and they all worked hard! When an issue arised, John presented me with multiple options and told me the pros and cons of each. I highly recommend High 5 plumbing!

I had a bit of a plumbing emergency today and my line was backed up causing my toilet to overflow and it was overall just unpleasant. The first place I called (from a coupon I had) gave me an appointment from 3-5 and at 3:30 called me to cancel. I was scrambling to find something else and luckily came across these guys. Tony was there in under an hour after my plea for help and was wonderful. I don’t know anything about my house apparently and he was very patient while trying to find what he needed with little help from me. He was able to clear everything up and find the source of my problem, I had roots growing into my plumb line that will need to be taken care of annually and I will call them every time from here on out. Thank you!

Mr. White replaced two toilets and fixed two showers. One shower he did for free as the fix was real easy, but he could have easily have told me $100 or so. Budget a bit more time than one might expect for a job with him because he triple and quadruple checks problems and his work, but that is the type of plumber you really want to have. He could easily have just thrown the toilets into place and left, but that is not the type of work he does.

I had a leak in my basement, water was all over the floor. I couldn't locate the source and the person was able to locate the leak and repaired everything .

we had a main line back up in our basement and George came out right away and got us flowing again. We put a cable down the line but could not clear it but George hydro jetted the main for and got us up and going. Definitely would recommend!
