We had a plumbing issue and needed help. Johnny was right on time addressed the issue and was on his way. He was super friendly and didn’t mind our new puppy either!

The entire interaction felt disingenuous. First, I got a text saying they had been to my house recently about my heating or air conditioning. Not true. They came over a year ago to do electric. The electrician, no longer with them, was fantastic. Anyway, then once we had that straightened out, an “expert” came and looked at my unit and gave me a bid on a new swamp cooler, making awkward comments like that my house was really clean and what nice sunflowers I had. He was young and was probably told to make nice comments, but it felt slimy. His pitch was kind of high pressure, saying “when” not “if” they did the work. Finally he gave me bid. Way more than I had anticipated, which I told him. He then said his boss would send me his “best price” bid. It was a full $1000 less. The whole thing just felt creepy. Too bad, because the electrical work was great!

The tech (Josh) was knowledgeable, on time, efficient, and offered 3 options for repairs. He completed to job quickly & without a mess in the kitchen and put my cupboard back together more neatly than he found it! Awesome as always!

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

1/5/2023 Installation of dual boiler and water heater unit. Big job well done by all involved. Adam and Kodiak A provided succinct estimates and fully explained the options. Kodiak followed the process from start to finish. Elizabeth G, Jamie P, and Lejla C provided useful information in a timely manner. Sean B, Remington B, and Bart, the installation team, did an incredible job tearing out the old boiler and installing the new equipment.

We had a mystery leak, and Bruce was quick to respond and locate the source of the water. I would certainly call him again for future issues.

5-22-20 The two gentlemen that serviced my parents drain line problem were outstanding! They were early/ was able to provide same day service. They wore shoe coverings, masks and gloves. They were professional, courteous, efficient and safe. These two gentlemen have been the most professional servicemen we have encountered during this pandemic! Awesome job! So grateful!

I had Gary come by to do a water leak inspection for my insurance company and he was super professional and quick. He was able to do a thorough inspection and had it emailed to me within minutes. I definitely recommend this company and Gary as a tech for inspections and I will definitely use them in the future for plumbing needs

Spent 4 hours, charged me $250 and it still leaks. Tried to contact them at 10:45 pm. No answer or answering service. Will call in the morning, but i am not a happy camper!

Sharon was able to make it out to our place in LESS THAN AN HOUR to replace a leaking copper pipe on our hot water heater. Very impressed with the turnaround on the job too. Super professional and beats the prices of the big, mainstream plumbing companies. Highly recommend if you have any plumbing repairs you need taken care of.

My water heater was making noises and had reached the end of its life. I reached out to several companies to get quotes, and all of them were quoting me for a package price that included the entire install including venting, drip pan, expansion tank, etc. I didn’t need all of that, I just needed a new water heater. I finally found Todd’s water heater repair and Mike called me to talk through the process. He said that only one piece of my puzzle needed replacement, and that’s all they would replace and charge me for. He did give me quotes up front for other items (such as a drip pan) if he thought they needed replacement once he started doing the job (for honesty and transparency). He spent quite a bit of time with me answering all of my questions and was very kind. Because they were not charging me for a package I did not need, the price was much cheaper than the other, larger companies. I reached out and scheduled the replacement with them and Mike showed up right on time, did the job quickly and efficiently, and then took time to show us the new water heater including how to shut it off if we ever needed to. He took out the old water heater, caused zero damage to our stairs and walls, and cleaned up after himself. I waited to post this review for 6 weeks, to make sure I didn’t run into any issues, but everything has been working perfect and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Todd’s. I highly recommend them!
