Our old attic fan failed. A prior electrician tried to replace just the motor. Two failed motor replacements later, the prior electrician abandoned us. I called Top Shelf who immediately sent a more experienced electrician who explained why replacing the whole fan was the way to go; and then Top Shelf did the replacement quickly, professionally, and at a good price.

I needed to have a shutoff valve for a refrigerator installed on short notice. I contacted High 5 and they were able to send a technician out within an hour and a half. Our technician Pedro was very knowledgeable and explained our service options after evaluating our situation. We were very pleased with Pedro’s work and professionalism. Would highly recommend them for future plumbing needs!

Bell is helping to install my new kitchen and it’s been a lot of twists and turns. He came in, super nice guy, explained what was going on, found other fun stuff :/ and then got it working. And it took ages and he saw it through to the end so I had my kitchen in a usable state. It was extra time for him, great attitude, explaining everything… I felt really comfortable and am grateful that he was so committed. Bell are my guys now 👍

Rick the supervisor who helped solve my lengthy and exhausting hot water heater issues is very professional, friendly and intelligent. The second appliance installed was the furnace and true to form another challenging event, but everyone at Tipping Hat was there to help. The list of those involved is huge so if I’ve missed anyone please know we thank everyone immensely. Ya’ll might not want to have anything more to do with my money pit home, but I’ll always call your company first. We truly thank you!!!

Started hearing a weird sound whenever I used the guest restroom so I went on a Facebook mom page and asked for recommendations. Got Bruce's contact and called him. He was polite and asked to hear the weird noise over the phone so he can figure out what might be wrong before he came. He even stopped by to grab the part he thinks we might need before coming to my house. He tried to fix the issue without needing to install a new pressure valve. In the end, we both agreed we definitely needed a new valve and I felt comfortable with the choice. He included me in the process and explained the problem very well. I did not feel pressured into spending the money needed. He was professional and fast. I definitely will save his contact information for next time and will highly recommend him in the future. We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.

UPDATE: Had to call these guys again when I had an issue with my washing machine draining into my bathroom! Again, A Better Plumber came through! Jeff was prompt, friendly, and so helpful! I don't love having to call these guys, but when I do, I love the service they provide!Travis and Beau we're absolutely wonderful! They were on time for our repair and got the job done extremely well! They were true to their estimate. There isn't enough praise I could heap on the company and everyone I worked with. I have water again and it's because of this great company!
