8/30/21: Mark was arrived at the expected time and was very polite and efficient in servicing our furnace. He always used shoe coverings in the house and wore a mask. He explained what he did and what was wrong so we understood the services provided. We always use Brothers for our heating and plumbing issues.Jeremy was polite and efficient in cleaning our AC condenser and gave me a few tips on minor cleanup that I can do myself. We always use Brothers for our cleaning, maintenance and repair.I had the AC and furnace checkout to insure normal operation during the summer when AC usage is the highest. The service technician Shantel arrived ontime and was pleasant and efficient.I took advantage of a A/C and furnace start up special and also agreed to a full cleaning.Jeff, the service technician, did a great job. He was neat and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring service.We also had a water heater replacement from this same company 2 years ago and are happy with the neatness and quality of the work - perfect solder joints.We had a kitchen sink faucet that would not work (no water). We bought a new Delta faucet and called Brothers to schedule a appointment for installation. They arrived in the time window that was committed and replaced both the worn out shutoff valves and the broken faucet. They did a great job and I would use Brothers again for any future plumbing issues.Andrew did a great job diagnosing our AC problem. He was very professional and professional.7/20/22 As part of our Brothers Home Care Club membership, Mark performed an annual checkup/cleaning of our home A/C. He arrived as scheduled and completed the servicing. He was neat, professional and had a pleasant attitude. We have used Brothers for our heating and plumbing issues previously and have always been happy with their work.3/13/23 Conner arrived on time and diagnosed the clogged drain issue with the washing machine discharge and sewer pipe. Cleaned out pipe and discharge now works without water overflow. He cleaned up and left the laundry area much cleaner than it was when he arrived. Thanks Conner.6/23/2023 AC was not working correctly as air was not cool enough. Ryan diagnosed the problem to be a defective capacitor. He replaced it and also conducted a cleanup of the entire AC system since I am a club member. He was ontime, efficient and always installed plastic shoe protectors when coming into the house. I am very satisfied with his service.

Bell Plumbing recently came out to install a water softener and to diagnose and repair our boiler, which they’ve done a phenomenal job! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Bell also have qualified and licensed electricians! Austin came out to help re-wire a lighting fixture in our guest bedroom that was installed incorrectly when we had bought the house (there were signs of burnt wires in there - yikes!) Austin helped with all that and made it functional and safe to use! He also helped me install a brand new decorative lighting fixture in our stairwell! We can’t be happier with Bell with their professionalism and expertise!

The crew showed up on time and completed the installation by the end of the day. Everyone involved with the installation was very respectful and professional. Tipping Hat employees seem to understand the importance of quality customer service that you seldom see anymore. If you're in the market for a new HVAC system these guys will not disappoint.

They have done a few showers and vanities for us, great prices and great customer service, always on a timely basis, will keep working with them on our basement projects and bathroom remodels.

I called at 7 am, and my plumbing issue was resolved by 12 pm. Bruce was really clear about my options when he picked up, and Arthur and Ray were very professional when they arrived on time. They took off their shoes without me asking, fixed the clog in the bathroom sink, and answered all my questions. I couldn’t be more pleased. As a bonus - it is a black owned business!

The service was done by Marcos and Cody. Both were very professional and took care of our water heater problems in a very short time. They also did a good clean up after work was completed. Good people and good company to have fix our problems.

Mr. White replaced two toilets and fixed two showers. One shower he did for free as the fix was real easy, but he could have easily have told me $100 or so. Budget a bit more time than one might expect for a job with him because he triple and quadruple checks problems and his work, but that is the type of plumber you really want to have. He could easily have just thrown the toilets into place and left, but that is not the type of work he does.

We used him when he used to be down in Farmington n.m literally the guy knows what he is doing you can ask anyone that lives in Farmington n.m that is in the plumbing buissness and they will tell you he is absolutely the most knowledgeable guy in town knowing he's now in Aurora I will never use another plumber you will get what you pay for with plumbing and he's best price and quality of work

No cold water in the shower so I requested service through the warranty company. These guys picked up the job. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the appointment, and when the plumber arrived he spent a few minutes looking at it then said he could not get the handle off.

I went to go get a drill and a reverse bit to try and help him out, and as I started working on the handle he said he was going to leave and to call him when I got the handle off.

Soon after, the handle was removed, I called him in 30 minute intervals for the next couple hours, no answer or return call. I contacted my warranty company, they said that they would reach out to Service Network and tell them to get someone back out to do the work. 2 more hours have passed, no word from them. I called the warranty company again and they said they did hear back from Service Network and they were supposed to have reached out to schedule another appointment. Still no news.

Not sure what I'm paying either of them for at this point. Waste of an entire day.

We discovered a broken pipe in the crawl space. We called Service Made Easy, Kris came in a short amount of time he knew how to fix the leak right away. 30 minutes later the leak was fixed. He was neat and tidy and pleasant. Thank you Kris at Service Made Easy, Marcy

My HOA called to fix our gas leak. Did a great job. Very professional and fast! Wil be using again.

Basement drain was backing up. Very responsive. It wasn't an emergency yet and they fit me in the next day. Cleaned out the line, cleaned up my basin (didn't even have to do that) and they came back out to scope my entire line to look for any breaks. Cost $250 total and I'll use them again.

It was an easy fix, just tightening a valve. He didn’t charge me! I would use them again!
