Best Heating Furnace Repairs in Aurora CO

I called on a Saturday to schedule Brothers Electric to come out on a Tuesday afternoon. I called on Sunday to confirm the appointment. On Tuesday at my scheduled appointment time, I called to ask how far away the tech was, and was told the tech could no longer come to my home that day. This was for my a rental property, and I had rearranged my schedule and my tenants' schedules to make the visit work. I was incredibly disappointed that Brothers cancelled on me AND that I had to call to find this out (ie they did not proactively call to let me know that no one could make it). I am a repeat Brothers customer and will not be using them again, very disappointing service and communication.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Brandon was able to come early and when I looked like a new water heater was what I needed, he got it installed the same day. I found him to be patient and courteous. He was happy to speak to my father over the phone (a dad being a dad) and my house was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Bell Plumbing and Heating will be my new go to for any plumbing and heating needs.

We had excellent service for a leak and a missing gasket in our tub. The previous owner of our home had done some shoddy plumbing repairs.
Robert was our plumber, he was very respectful and professional and great with our dog. The job cost $496 in total, $43 for the trip out, $70 for the diagnostic, and $453 for the replacement parts and repair. The $70 cost for the diagnostic goes towards the repair
