I had an excellent experience with this company from the first moment I called them, all the way to the last handshake with the technicians. They were very responsive and replaced my 25 y-o water heating tank that started leaking 2 days before I had to leave for a trip the day after I called. While I was at it I had them replace my old furnace and AC (bundle deal, saved some coin) and couldn't be happier with the professionalism and delivery. I only had to make one phone call and Brothers took care of the rest, including hauling all the old stuff away. They laid out mats in my house to avoid getting it dirty while working. Really great experience overall.

We had a leaking water pipe in the basement and phoned around several plumbing companies who were either to busy to make it out for several days and quoted us ridiculously high charges . Andon answered his phone immediately and was at our house within two hours . He quoted us a very fair price and warrantied his work as well as giving us advice on other projects we have in our basement he is super friendly trustworthy and beats the competition hands down on price !

Top Shelf installed a Trane high efficiency furnace, air conditioner, and a water heater. This was a complicated system with zoned heating and dampers. All work was done in an excellent, professional manner. We really like the state-of-the-art equipment that Top Shelf provides. Uli's installers worked very hard to get our project completed promptly and we had a very positive experience with Top Shelf.

Mark arrived at our home with a smile on his face and that smile never left his face. I was impressed with his demeanor, his knowledge and just overall very good customer service skills. He was very patient as we had a lot of questions and he was more than happy to answer any and all of our questions . I would highly recommend this company based on Mark's customer service skills.

Jesus did an amazing job!! Very professional, was done in a timely manner, no hidden fees!!! He was on time and also answered all of our questions. As first time home owners we had no clue what any of this was and Jesus made sure to explain in detail. We got other quotes from others that weren’t happy to answer questions and their prices were overwhelming!! Definitely recommend this company!!

We had a leak in the basement toilette and after other companies canceling their appointments to fix the problem, we found Quality First and we are glad we did! Eli has done a great job replacing the old toilette leaving no mess! We ended up replacing the toilette upstairs, too. We would definitely recommend Quality First to our friends and family.

Mr. White replaced two toilets and fixed two showers. One shower he did for free as the fix was real easy, but he could have easily have told me $100 or so. Budget a bit more time than one might expect for a job with him because he triple and quadruple checks problems and his work, but that is the type of plumber you really want to have. He could easily have just thrown the toilets into place and left, but that is not the type of work he does.

Called several plumbers for a leaking bathtub faucet valve, including the big outfits and they were all weeks out with scheduling. Put the project on Thumbtack and received a response within minutes of posting. The service tech, Laith showed up and was transparent and upfront regarding the work/costs which was super reasonable. Laith did an amazing job installing the new valve and triple checked his work to ensure there were no leaks. Will definitely use these guys going forward for all my plumbing needs. Great job, SME!

Sharone did a great job diagnosing and fixing a badly clogged toilet in Denver. He had to do quite a bit of work and different techniques to get it fixed. He is definitely a master plumber!

Last year my wife and I bought a house that was in pretty bad shape, with plans to completely remodel it and make it our own. After doing my research, I called Rob with Lukenbuilt Plumbing. He showed up promptly and was surprised at the rebuild we were about to take on. We were going to tear everything out and start all over. Rob was on board and willing to completely re plumb our entire 3 bed, 2.5 bath house. I had mentioned I wanted to instal in floor radiant heat throughout the house, and found out Rob had plenty of experience installing them, so he designed our entire water furnace to incorporate our in floor heat. Rob was very accommodating when it came to allowing me to do as much of the work I could for him to bring the price down on. 9 months later we are finally finished, everything works flawlessly, our heat for the house is amazing!! For those of you that think Lukenbuilt is limited to just fixing leaky sinks and replacing water heaters, I'm here to tell you he can do it all, especially in floor radiant heating systems!! Although in floor heat is not a cheap, Rob came in considerably lower in price than all the other companies we had looked into for getting it installed! Even the county housing inspector was impressed with his work! Great job Rob! Thanks for all you hard work!
