Absolutely one of the best service technicians I have ever dealt with. I have to admit that I was super bugged that I had to call after hours emergency plumbing services and pay the extra fees, but when Billy showed up he both looked and acted professional, he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and performed the work exceptionally well. It was such a pleasant experience that I actually stopped being bugged about the price. I would absolutely recommend Billy again … he knows his stuff for sure.

When my pipes burst the day before Christmas, I could not reach a single plumber. It was a bad time for pipes bursting in my neck of the woods. We had to shut off the water to our home through Christmas Eve and Christmas day. On the day after Christmas, I called 13 plumbers to find one that could come and repair our pipes. Befort was my 13th call. They told me that I was in luck, they had just had a cancellation and would send a technician right away. The technician arrived within two hours, and promptly fixed the burst pipes. The technician then provided two options for fixing the pipes so they would not burst again the next time we have extreme cold. We selected a very reasonable option and we could not have been happier. Excellent quality, outstanding value, the technician was very responsive and the people on the phone were understanding and communicated clearly. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Our boiler quit on Christmas Eve and all the Fort Collins based companies were unresponsive. Jim Needham Plumbing was able to send Roy, their boiler expert, out to diagnose the problem and get it resolved. He was great! Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and effective. He was able to diagnose the problem and get it resolved quickly. He gave me good advice for future management of the system as well. Cost was very reasonable.

Ali is very honest and his prices are affordable. We had 2 other places look at our air conditioner & give us quotes. I don't know how I found him, but Ali came out, laughed at what the other guys said, & expertly fixed the problem for half the price. Seriously, he saved us thousands of dollars!!

We called 4 different plumbing companies without any answer or returned calls before our flood restoration company gave us a recommendation to call Denver Plumbing Heating & Air. The owner, Tony, answered the phone on our first call and was out to our house within the hour. He was able to immediately discover the problem and quickly resolve it. He provided additional helpful recommendations to ensure we don’t have any future problems. He was kind, efficient, courteous and so knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Tony & his company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

David Railsback was extremely professional and helpful. He took a ton of time to inform and explain to us (both new homeowners) about what we needed. I was very honest about what was needed versus what was not needed. The response time was great. He was able to fix the issue the next day due to him coming later in the evening.
