Cody was our technician for a plumbing repair due to a toilet leak. He was right on time and very professional. The toilet was fixed completely, and he even took a quick look at a second toilet we had a question about. Cody was very friendly and I really appreciated his work and willingness to answer questions.

Great guys! They came out and fixed my leaking sink in my brand new house. They are friendly, talkative and very efficient at what they do!

This past Friday I had Billy from Quality First out to fix a sewer blockage issue I had.First the good. They were rapid in arriving and communicative about the schedule. They diagnosed and fixed the problem with great zeal. They were straightforward in what they were doing and transparent in what they found.Now the bad. Really, this comes down to two things. First is just a warning, though good they are pricey in getting it done. Both the work I had done and follow on work estimated were spendy. What I needed done was not cheap, but they are high in general..Second, there was a somewhat negligent attitude about the process. They are the only plumber I've had come or go without shoe covers; they removed a toilet (cleanly I'll admit) without protractor the area (carpeted) from debris. Most notably, they removed the drain line from the washer to look at getting in through there and failed to replace it, so while they did fix the flooding issue I had they caused another.

My HOA called to fix our gas leak. Did a great job. Very professional and fast! Wil be using again.

They did repair the furnace and were quick to come after I called. However it seemed like a lot of upselling for services that I neither needed nor wanted. They called me after this review and did seem to genuinely hear my comments. I appreciate the follow up and hope that I have a better interaction next time.

Ali is very honest and his prices are affordable. We had 2 other places look at our air conditioner & give us quotes. I don't know how I found him, but Ali came out, laughed at what the other guys said, & expertly fixed the problem for half the price. Seriously, he saved us thousands of dollars!!

He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very polite. He fixed the problem quickly and spent some time explaining how the plumbing under my house is set up, how it works, and what the problem was. All of this was helpful to me. My tub faucet was leaking and I needed help fixing it. I got the phone number for Denver plumbing from a friend who had hired them before and was full of praises about their services. They came and replaced the faucet and only charged me a small fee. Now I know that I can always rely on them whenever I have issue in my home. I will definitely use them!

Tried to charge us $316 for a part my husband found online for $13, and $27 at Ace. $200 diagnostic fee. My husband expressed to the serviceman that he did not appreciate being put in a lose/lose situation where he had to get swindled $316 to quickly replace a $13 part, (total price $550), OR just pay the $204 on the diagnostic fee and have to call another vendor and start over. The serviceman did not take kindly to this, was disrespectful, and the owner handled the situation even worse. In the end, this issue was caused from a leaky line, and the $316 capacitor tested out just fine.
